Rescind the changes you made to classical Yahoo.

The present version is slow and unwieldy. Delete function using the delete key needs to be restored. I vote for the original Yahoo.

Destroying the existing Yahoo Basic mail in hopes that people will switch to the new Yahoo mail is not a realistic strategy. Most people would rather switch to Gmail that switch to the new Yahoo mail. The best strategy is to keep those using Yahoo Basic happy by NOT removing features and making it harder to use.

STOP CHANGING AND GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. THIS NEW VERSION IS NOT USER FRIENDLY, THERE ARE NOT OPTIONS TO PERSONALIZE IT WITH COLORS, ETC. AND IT BASICALLY SUCKS.

Just go back. There is a reason I don't gmail. Features I've used for 30 years are now gone. The new mail is super clunking and requires things like manual updates and pagination. WTF? As a person who designs for usability, I cannot believe the huge steps back you have taken.

I have had this account for 30 years. Buttons to delete, etc should stay at the top of the message rather than having to scroll to the top or bottom of the message. Why was the ability to change font size, BOLD, emoji, italicize, etc. removed!! I do not like the "standard" upgraded version and after all these years may change to a different service!!!

I agree! Why change to updates that are inconvenient for the user to have additional clicks? NOT an improvement? Why No 'Block'? Why have to additionally click 'Apply' or 'Go'?

I hate your new format. I don't need or want Yahoo to decide what my "Priority" email is! I'll decide what my priorities are when I see "All" my emails! I hate having click on "All" emails every time I sign in! Please dump this new format and give me back my old Yahoo email with my choice of colors. Please listen to all the complaints!

I was reading other posts about your new email. It seems others don't like it for various reasons. One not mentioned is that older less computer literate people have trouble with your changes. I like the older "classic version." Forcing switches is not a friendly thing to do. Other reasons: Can't block addresses; Inbox does not show all emails; Attachments appear before the text of the message, not after; I don't have facebook (Meta) or Twitter (X) so contacting you is difficult. I could not figure out how to let you know these things without some other way to sign in which I didn't understand and I did not want to take a chance on it. So now I can only choose between this format (I think Basic) or the new Standard Versions. I do not like them. Very disappointed.
Thanks for letting me vent. If you can think of an easy way to get me back to classic version...let me know?

I can't switch between my accounts, I can't have a personalized background, etc. It's one thing to have different versions, but make it so we can choose what we want. I want the classic view of Yahoo email. Please fix it so that it comes back and so I can choose which email account I need to view without signing out and signing back it. Make it more efficient, please!

Please stop changing the e-mail. I'm an old lady 77 yr. and it get confusing to me when you do this, I'm not tech savvy like my 10 yr. old grandson.
Thank you.
