    don't like the fact that I cannot delete multiple emails at one time.

    My suggestion on how to improve this new basic is to scrap it and go back to the old/previous version. Whoever was assigned to revamp basic mail or the entire mailbox altogether should be fired. New doesn't mean improved.
    One positive thing for today is that the ads won't show. What a relief. I hope this glitch becomes permanent.

    There is no idea.
    Just hate what you did with my past Yahoo mail. Bring it back and from now on let us decide what's best. Not you.

    Horrible new classic mail... And many malfunctions, as number of unread spams which doesn't appear anymore ? Please bring back the faster and better old version of Classic Mail, please !!

    THIS NEW FORMAT STINKS IN EVERY RESPECT.MOVING MY MAIL TO A MORE LEGIBLE AND USER FRIENDLY SERVICE.
    YOU HAD A DECENT FORMAT AND YOU GOT RID OF IT FOR THIS STUPID ,UNFRIENDLY ,ILLEGIBLE NEW FORMAT.

    3100 comments in this item, and hundreds of matching items. What do we hear from Yahoo? Silence. This company has zero empathy for it's customers.

    The emails are easier to read in the old classic version of yahoo. I find when I get replies ... all the emails get couped into one email and I cannot decipher which is the most current email.

    As others say: don't fix what isn't broken. If we like the "old" "classic" version, we should be able to keep it. this is not faster, better, etc. Have to tab between pages of emails instead of just scroll. Can't search for other emails by same sender without typing the info into search box (search icon next to sender gone!) have to scroll back up to find the SEND button & then tell it 2 go back 2 the original message. LOTS more work to do basic commands that were already there & working. As you can see from the feedback, this version is not the answer for your users. NEW is slow, disastrous, unreliable (won't move emails as directed). Make it go away.

    Not a fan of yahoo's new email, it's supper on my android and on my laptop.
    it's as if yahoo is trying to make it cooler looking for the sake of coolness.
    it sucks, doesn't run smoothly, and over designed.

    i like the simplicity of yahoo's classic mail and it was reliable.
