    put back the extra slider for the email only. it is a pain with only the whole page slider thing.

    Agree! Forcing the changes is guaranteed to lose customers! Starting with me.

    @Rachel Harpst thank you for your comment! I can see why the second paragraph would make you think I'm stuck on Standard, but I have switched back Basic. But as you said, the new Basic is changed. The first paragraph is my opinion on the new Basic.

    Go into settings, you can change back from there. BUT, it is NOT the full basic like we are used to....

    why do i have pages, i want my scrolling inbox back. where is separation by today, yesterday,last week? alll mails are just pilled togeather. just horrible

    The new Mail Basic is dumbed down like the new "Standard". It's awful. Please put it back. I can no longer change line spacing, colors, etc. The simple Home and Settings buttons are gone (or well hidden). And where are the up and down arrows for navigating the list of emails? Change was NOT necessary.

    I can't stand the appearance/function of the new standard and basic mail. Basic is usable, but I just want classic mail back.

    Make sure when you change the program that it includes all the functions of the prior one.

    AGREE!!!! NEW YAHOO ISN'T JUST AWFUL IT'S DISGUSTING!!! AGREE WITH ANOTHER USER ON GOOGLE MAIL - IF I WANTED THE SAME USER EXPERIENCE HE HAS I'D GO TO GOOGLE AS WELL. NEW VERSION OF YAHOO IS A MAJOR FAIL!!! SO USER UNFRIENDLY IT'S NOT FUNNY!!!! ALSO THAT PURPLE COLOR IS ANNOYING, CAN'T EVEN CHANGE THE COLOR THEME ANY MORE!!!!

    I can't find anything, and when I delete an email I don't see how to change the setting for it to automatically go to the next email, LIKE IT USED TO DO. It's confusing to switch mailboxes (they're too similar so it's harder to tell where I am). Harder to click checkboxes next to the emails to delete or move multiples. why are you changing something that was fine?

    Even after having to go back to the 'basic', it still looks like the newer version somewhat. You can no longer scroll just the inbox, instead it does the entire page which includes the folder. And before when I wanted to put an image with an email, I could copy it, then paste it in the body of the email. In the settings there is no longer the option to change the themes. So, when you give the option to go back to basic, do that -- let our basic look like it did, along with the others previously mentioned. You think it's improved when it's less easy/simple as it use to be.

    So, once upon a time, you had to refresh the page to get new email. Then you instituted automatic loading (for once actually making a beneficial change). Now you've gone back to having to refresh the page. Everything else you've changed has also sucked.

    And, I got to the "Feedback Forum" directly from my Yahoo account. But now I have to sign in AGAIN?

    And wtf is "User Voice"? And I have to allow it to access my info? Is it not part of Yahoo???

    My emails in my inbox only go so far down then they're cut off! I keep many emails in my inbox. Where did they go in basic??? The inbox only shows todays emails!! Also, why did you remove the buttons (delete, move etc) from being able to access them within the email? I do NOT want to have to move back to the top of every email just to delete or move. The Move function doesn't even work in basic!! I HATE both versions! I am going to move to gmail. Stop trying to copy gmail!!
