BAD Email Bad....Time to get a new. I have NO patience, Once while in a store checkout, there was a glitch in checkout for all customers, after 30 SECOND wait, I put the products on floor where I was standing and departed. I will not wait for bad email service, who wants to meet me?

I always use the Classic, i.e. the simpler version. I rarely use any of your so-called full-featured upgrades. The reason is the simpler, the better. Easier to read, to type, to search and to attach. Why complicate email? It takes longer load and to do anything. It's like writing a letter on paper. It all starts with a blank white page. If I want to add pictures, drawings or colors, then I'd add them. The New Basic Mail is too fussy to be a "simpler" option to the full-featured version.

As above 'scrap' and go back to original. Where, where is 'attach' to send photos to emails sent. Please inform me asap. My idea is - start listening - people really dislike this updated system.......

I agree. The inbox should not be double spaced. Yes, some are using it on tablets with only fat fingers. But the rest of us are on full computers & using a mouse or stylus. For us this terrible design with minuscule print & wasted space is a detrimental to productivity.
