My email looks different even when I switched back to Basic. It's hard to find my emails, it's hard to read (I have optic nerve damage, so visual change is ******* my eyes), and I cannot find important emails. I didn't even change it, just went into my email and it was all different. I tried to get it back to the way it was, but that's different, too. My eyes are having trouble with the change. I don't want to abandon my email account, because I get a lot of important emails there, but I am thinking about it. Can you restore it to the way it was?

It does not automatically refresh anymore. I am unable to collapse individual folders. Dropdown menus and Apply??? Really?

I AGREE...OLD FORMAT IS BETTER and they take away basic function to switch back. They force you to do searches.

Give me a permanent option to use the layout I had been using for well over 5 years. Why is there a spam section under folders, then another spam section under the three dots? Why are extremely basic options like the trash folder not just shown for me to click on? This god awful ai update is now marking spam as priority mail. Not to mention you keep asking me to add an application into my browser, which for the record, will NEVER happen. This is so ugly and bad and im sick of every company doing these stupid rounded layouts!

I can't toggle between my two email accounts without going through the stupid "account key" even though I have "stay logged in" checked. The new format sucks...that's it...sucks! I have to go through 4 pages just to get to setting to put back my classic email that you keep changing me out of. You really think this is better??? What the **** is "user voice". I can't post this without signing into user voice? incredible. Either put everything back or I'll start migrating over to Gmail.

I don't seem to have an edit ribbon on new emails or when forwarding email. I have to click Apply everything I want to move a folder (did not have to in the past). I have no option to adjust the spacing on the mailbox so I only see about half of the emails I was able to see in the past. It seems that you have taken away so many basic functions. Hate it. Bring back classic.

the good thing about yahoo "was" its simple yet Classic design. stop trying to ruin a good thing. now i cant even get into my settings to just make it light or dark... had my email to long. maybe its time to move on

Just switch it back already!!!!! EVERYTHING you did to "upgrade" the mail experience was nonsense and unnecessary. Put it back!

Put the mail interface back to what it was! Every time my inbox says I have 1 new message, I have to refresh my browser to see it! This is ridiculous. You have hundreds (if not thousands) of requests to revert back to the old system yet you continue to make UNNECESSARY changes to the interface. I'm going to have to switch to another mail system because this is terrible.
