    This new format sucks. Having to switch screens instead of scrolling is inefficient. Miss also the "stationery" option. I understand you want us to switch to your new fangled dangled version and making the rudimentary version miserable is a ploy to accomplish this. Sorry, not buying it! Hate Gmails and not fond of Hotmail, so this is insult to injury.

    new yahoo mail basic and the newest mail are the same !!! i have more mails and i want to select and to put to a new folder,HOW?old mail BEST !!!!! MORE SIMPLE AND SPEED .HEY GUYS I JUST NEED FOR MAIL NOT FOR ANY ACTIVITY !!!!

    Drop the Garbage Can symbol. No one uses it.

    Use simple 4-letter words like "Junk" and equivalent "Yaho"

    And display number in the Junk/Yaho folder so that we can edit/delete/Yahu it, rather than make work for you.

    If we don't see the contents numbers listed we don't open that foldr

    I don't know why can not see and keep on March 1st ? I want to see and keep on 3~5years mails.

    It can not delete emails.

    I have two problems with the new format. 1) It is VERY slow. The text often lags many, many characters behind what I am typing which makes it very annoying when I make a mistake. By the time I see, for example, a misspelled word I'm already three or four words ahead so I start hitting the back arrow but I have to wait for it to catch up otherwise I may press it too many or not enough times.

    2) When I type a long e-mail (long enough that the vertical scroll bar has to be used), the text window stays FIXED at an area near the top. Even if I grab the scroll bar and move the window such that I can see the cursor, AS SOON as I start typing the window snaps back up to near the top (but not quite all the way to the top) and I can no longer see what I am typing. My solution so far for this is to type the e-mail in an off-line text editor and then copy / paste the result into the window, or continue typing after moving the cursor back to the top of the window, and then when I'm done typing cut the section I just typed and paste down below where it belongs.

    Really, the previous version of Yahoo mail classic worked well, was fast (didn't consume massive CPU cycles while editing an e-mail like the current one), and it JUST WORKED. It is what people want.

    I just don't understand why these companies make changes that make their product so bad, and then when they see usage drop, they make more changes that make the product even worse, and the cycle continues (I'm looking at you, Firefox.) It's almost as if they don't WANT any users.

    It's very frustrating, I cant find my lists of contacts to send the files to, I spent the lest hour to send of a file and no success.
    I have to fined a different way of sending then e-mail.

    Please get rid of the stupid setup and go back to the other one, which worked very well. This one is junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
