    I used to love YahooMail, I have used it for 20 years, now I hate it with a passion. I am 70 years old and don't have the time to hunt for every little thing I want to do. I was comfortable before now I am frustrated beyond belief.

    In the old version there was a link i the left hand side that allowed me to bring up all the pictures I have sent/received by email. Same for documents. Now it is gone. I have lost access to two decades of pictures and documents. You suq!!!

    I'm tired of the new one popping up. Also, now I can't get my dark mode back on the old one there is no setting icon

    Stop changing things on us without our consent. It is TERRIBLE. I DO NOT want all the bells and whistles. It is visually difficult for a senior! Your "wonderful" intelligent system just sent 7 important messages to spam. It was a wonder that I checked for these messages. I AM VERY UPSET

    Basic's interface is about as clunky as a modern website can get. Why do I have to use a drop-down menu to access settings? Why do I have to click "Go" afterwards? What year is this? 2000? Why is it substantially slower than what it was literally yesterday?

    I have no doubt that Basic is being made user-unfriendly so people will use Standard, or should I say GMail 2.0. I have opted out of updating every single time I was prompted, and now it appears there is no choice. Give me the choice to switch back to old Yahoo, or sadly, I am going to start using a different service. I've had a Yahoo account for 14 years, but these unnecessary changes are becoming unbearable.

    When you delete an email, it doesn't roll to the next one. Also, what is this limitation of 50 emails per page? I'm paying $5 a month for ads free and now I want to dump the entire Yahoo account.

    Go back to the old home screen. I dont know why everyone feels the need to change things!

    Please go back to original, I have to go and check now all the time to see if I have mail where before I used to see it on the top bar, I am missing important doctor appointment scheduling where I can get an appointment earlier but by the time I check the time has been taken thanks to this new stupid setup!

    I do not like Yahoo any more. It is low quality compared to Outlook etc. Why you are groping all email in a dumb way. Why can not you group emails like old style but have the facility to attach by dragging... why there are few good things in the old Yahoo and few good things in new version. Why can you put all good things in the new version.

    pl note yahoo basic mail is best for me. mail in box size need to change, from 25 to 50 or 75 or 100. for your kind information i tried more than a year, to change. but it is not possible. see my mail inbox. more than 5000 mails in various folder. i tried to contact your india office, but not possible. expecting positive reply. this mail id is official. cant able to change.basic mail is user friendly. settings must be separate for both. kindly consider.
