    this is ridiculous; the "new full-featured" version is a buggy unusable piece of garbage and the "basic" version is so crippled I can't even open my inbox or open any emails - but hey the ADS load just fine! Bring back the classic version or just shut down Yahoo already - that is the only thing you have left that people actually want to use

    WTF...Yahoo....your editorials are **** and appear to be written by children. You ads are atrocious and fully indicate that your stance is more about the money than your customers. This "new" basic email flat out sucks. I am curious as to which country your programmers, support and servers reside as they all indicate a severe lack of knowledge of the American language and an even larger disregard for your customers comments and concerns. I truly wonder about my decision over the years to not utilize Google and Gmail on a regular basis as you continually prove that "newer" is not always "better"...

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I want my classic email returned. It was a lot better than what you forced on me.

    I do not like the 'new' basic. Let me have my old classic Mail back, PLEASE!

    No need to improve Yahoo mail....the old version was simple and easy to use....this new version is xxxxxxxx...please give us a choice to switch back to the old version since we can't go back using the settings!

    yes bring back the old color classic mail this new mail page is ugly it has now colors to it at all just plain old white no life in that page. so I want to switch back too the nice color classic page e-mail thank you very much. no one likes this upgraded classic mail you have now.

    grandson wants me to switch to gmail. this horrible non-functional change may force me to do just that. WHAT A MESS YOU HAVE CREATED, YAHOO.

    The change was unwanted. How can i change back. Bring back Classic and let us choose what view to have. I would like to have the Classic view with full-features. I use the classic and the html view because it take too much memory and resource. The Basic is simpler but need more options. Otherwise i like the Basic/Classic/HTML views.
