    Why is everyone still demanding the return of Classic? It's been gone for years, and it's not coming back. They replaced Classic with two versions: a fancy one and "Basic." I used basic. Then three weeks ago, they changed Basic.

    The screen jumps to another location/position as you're typing when you're replying to an email. Why does it do that? It's really annoying, Also, the font is way too small, and they removed the arrows that were added in a Fwd. email (I did that because I comment WITHIN email text sometimes and the arrows made it easier to differentiate between new and old text).

    Also, you have to click "Edit" to be able to respond to an email WITHIN the text of the sender's email. Who's the genius that said, "Hey, let's add an unnecessary step when replying to an email"?

    They are not listening to us here. But there is one way to make your voice heard. Either use Yahoo email less or not at all.

    This new yahoo mail is not at all convenient for anything. Cant send attachments as before. Classic mail was the best service. Please bring back that service. Thank you.

    I HAVE ALREADY REACHED OUT TO THE MAIL SUPPORT TEAM SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I STILL AM MISSING HUNDREDS OF EMAILS. THIS IS ONLY A PLOY TO PASSIFY IRRATE YAHOO USERS AND SERVES NO PURPOSE AT ALL.

    What kind of reply is that!?!? An e-mail site should NEVER depend on the browser!! It should work on ALL browsers! Classic used to work everywhere!! Bring it back!

    ****! yahoo mail was on the advanced version an very slow, stopped, locked, never answer, takes too long to open messages, lousy, even I having speed of 50mb/s, all my others internet fast except yahoo. Why that? I was forced to change versions to basics

    This POS is almost completely non-functional. Tried deleting multiple old messages to clean out mailbox. Apparently this function does not work. Tried it multiple times. I can see updating your software. I CANNOT see making software unusable.

    Evaluating the changes you made in the "new" classic mail: The page does not refresh when new mail comes in, we need to reload the page to view new emails; we can no longer drag and drop files into emails, it now takes anywhere from three to eight steps to attach a file, depending on where the file is; moving a message to another folder now takes three steps, before, it only took one step; searching for an email is harder due to needing to click on pages, where before, all we needed to do was scroll down; this is just the beginning of all the problems that I have encountered. All in all, the new version is far more "clunkier," harder to navigate, harder to get things done and harder to use; it is slowing down the process of checking and working with emails. No other email service has so many issues with it. Yahoo mail is over-designed over complicated and overly a royal pain in the butt to use. At this point, if changes aren't made to improve the service, or, if I am not allowed to go back to the much more efficient "old" yahoo mail, I will ditch it and use any of a number of far better and more efficient mail platforms. Being forced to use this inefficient sham of an email service is a disservice to all of yahoo's users. Maybe your designers had too much time on their hands; maybe they think that over designing and creating an inefficient mail service makes them feel "hip" or "cool," or "rad," or... Whatever the reason, this version of yahoo mail is the worst mail service I have ever encountered. Don't try to be what you're not. Simply provide the best email product and service that you can. This version of yahoo mail is not it.

    You can see how much they care. I think I have found a better replacement. Lost my files and folders will take a day to recreate FUYhoo

    In order to prevent viruses and junk mail, my correspondences asked to delete name and address, before forwarding to others. No way you can do it. Please get back to previous version.

    All of a sudden, today, July 10, I can't put the cursor in the middle of a sentence to correct it because it automatically deletes the words in front of the cursor. What's going on??

    I use Windows 7 and IE 11 because I love it.
    I tried remove emails from my inbox but your new platform does not do it. I tried two ways - select checkboxes then click Delete on the top panel, and click Delete icon on the right of each email.
    Your web designers are rookie!

    I am having NOTHING but problems with your new mails. I can not see any of my email inbox messages since July 6, 2019 when I switched. I need help from a person by phone that is NOT your $4.99 a month Yahoo professional tech support.
    This is an outrage!

    No reply button on yahoo mail and no forward button. This new email is horrible !!! How do I reply or forward emails. If it isn't broke don't change or fix it !!!!!!

    Where is the delete button? It is not labelled with text, so it must be a cryptic button.
    Bad, bad Yahoo Email.
