How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

bring back classic mail

Please change back to the classic Yahoo Mail! There are certain features that I can't do on the current version that I could do in the old classic mail version, such as dragging an email to a folder. How am I now able to do that?! I am frequently dragging things to folders, and it is imperative that I have this feature re-instated.

    The new interface is terrible. Please bring back the old one!!!!! This is so cumbersome. It is making me think I want to leave this email platform for gmail. Please give us the option to switch to the old interface.

    GO back to the previous version of yahoo mail, it was infinitely better. This is a disaster.

    BRING BACK THE OLD YAHOO MAIL; THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE AND ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE YOU ARE GOING BACK IN TIME. BAD MOVE!!!!!!

    I have had Yahoo mail since its inception. It remained the one thing I could count on. There is no point to detail all the problems with the new version, or even with the new Basic version as there truly are too many problems, and again, it is making me physically ill. It has become the job of users to attempt to out-think AI? And, again, today, only yesterday - and an email received today email appears on the page. If AI deleted all the other days of email, I am sunk, as they contained critical information that I cannot recover. PS I AM signed in, but now I am told to sign in to post this?

    I gave the new email a try and I simply hate it. Too cumbersom, a lot of features are missing. It is like taking three steps backwards. I might have to switch my account to gmail.

    The changes are the WORST ! Go back to the original format ! Otherwise I have to create a new email address somewhere else !!!

    Why did the email format change? Go back to the old format. You can't easily read the emails, the star button to save an email is hard to find. The dark color is awful. The Priority email format is dumb. The thing on the right side where it shows contacts, etc. is a waste of space on my screen.

    What is this new level of ****? Are you trying to drive away people? Force them to use a different platform? Your "updates" suck, your IT people suck and the employees you have the feel the need to tamper with something that isn't broken also suck. STOP SUCKING!!! its email not a nuclear submarine weapons guidance system. Here's an idea, switch it back and then ******** forever....We will let YOU know when something needs fixed.

    We are a business that relies heavily on email. We NEED all previous functions of old basic mail. Full scroll to show all emails, Search tools, Bold, Italic text, Ability to highlight, Auto fill in subject line, Option for more attachments. It worked great they way it was. Stop making "improvements" that make things WORSE!

    I only came to Yahoo Mail to see if they have returned to the classic version. Other than that I WON'T be using Yahoo Mail anymore. It's trash and unusable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go back to the classic version. I know you have it and can revert. WE are the users and that is what we wont. Not this **** we have now!!!

    this new version SUCKS, and I pay for this ? leave things alone. bring preview back, and color schemes. it's just email, don't overthink it

    The newest version of email sucks, and now the "new" version of the "Classic" email sucks. News flash.......it isn't "classic" anymore if you change it!!!!! Please restore the original version of the Classic email so many of us are asking for.
    **I can't delete a string of emails efficiently anymore. Instead of hitting hitting the shift button to delete consecutive emails, I now have to click on each one individually.
    **I can't figure out how to get the preview window back.
    **There is not a number anymore next to the trash cans adjacent to the spam and trash folder showing how many emails are in them. I do not want to have to open up the spam folder just to see if there are any emails in there.....and yes I check because legitimate emails occasionally find their way there.
    In short......bring back the regular, vanilla, classic, basic email format.
