seriously,, 20 GB for long time customers? Surley you Jest,,
terrible Yahoo customer service ,, you should have not forces existing customers to comply with 20GB storage,, anyone that signed up when the 1TB offer was valid should have been allowed to keep it. Also, you need to have an option for annual or semi annual or whatever length of time the customer wants to pay for in advance if they choose larger storage program. Not everyone is willing to do monthly payments,, you have poor planning and no idea how to run your business.

Verification code
Verification code is a disaster. I ask for it to be resent many times only for them all to eventually arrive all together sometimes after a wait of at least 10 minutes. Have checked all my setting and can find no reason for this. Please explain.

Bring back the Standard version of yahoo email
I don't know who the idiot was that decided to get rid of the Standard version, but they should be fired. The old email, how do you add a signature image to the signature footer??? Oh, you can't!!! How can I click on a sender's emails and find all the messages from that sender?? Oh, you can't!!! How can I customize the Theme of the look of my email besides, light and dark? Oh, you can't!!! Having to click to advance pages of email is terrible. The new interface is not user friendly and has become more like ancient mail
Get rid of only 20 e-mails "per page" and have it scroll like it did before. Mail also nolonger auto-refreshes and i'm constantly refreshing the page manually to see new e-mails. Neither of these items are improvements - they make the yahoo mail experience worse.

Undo the change that was made regarding reading emails on an Android phone.
This past week something changed when reading my emails on my phone. If I read an email and go back to the inbox the screen dims. There are categories like ALL and Primary that segregate your inbox. If I leave it on PRIMARY the screen does not dim but I don't get all of my emails. If I use ALL, I get all of my emails but the screen goes dim after I read them, going back or deleting.I have tried everything I know to change back, even went to Verizon to see if they could help but no luck.…

Maybe you can sort mail from the General inbox to various chosen boxes
The Idea of sorting mail when it is downloaded onto the computer into the inbox & Spam can also have other various boxes chosen to choose from and then to be able to rename them would help IMMENSLEY !

The up/down arrows to the right of the emails
The up/down arrows to the right of the emails so one can go back to the previous message or down to the next message is missing. 10 times out of 10 these arrows are ALWAYS MISSING and each time I send feed back regarding this problems, the arrows are restored for a short time. I sent feed back regard this months ago and I haven't contacted you again about it because I was TIRED OF THIS HAPPENING OVER AND OVER AND OVER , etc, etc etc-----

Please help me. My email address domain has changed, and I can't receive any emails
I used to use aadallahcoba-aadallah2@yahoo.co.id as my disposable email address. My primary email is aadallah@yahoo.co.id, but now the disposable email address has changed to yahoo.com (aadallahcoba-aadallah2@yahoo.com), so I can't receive any emails sent there. Make it possible to avoid vulgar and inappropriate ads.
Please help me get rid of pornographic, horrible ads all directed at men. I am not a man. And I cannot find anywhere to tell Yahoo this. The spam is revolting and scary but I still have to check it because the odd legitimate email goes there. Then I am inundated with ads picturing nubile young women or even older women looking for men.
