Old Format
Need option to revert back to the old format (prior to current basic mail format). I have used the setting to revert back, but only option is this new, difficult to use format.
Unable to determine how to collapse folders (settings option much too ambiguous). Simplify and offer clear options for utilizing offered features.

repair email filters
I cannot remove "move to trash if email contains ajfdaofe" from email filter. most all emails go to trash

DONT BE AN IDIOT!
When i need to sign in to my email through a new OS, you ask for verification. But you make the email option inactive for click selection. What's your ********* point there?? I can't get a code through my alt emails? More Options get me nothing useful either. How idiotic can you make your system to be? And i need to sign in every page of yours while signed in till you can block my email???

Verification nightmare!
Can we PLEASE stop with this incessant verification shyt? I have to verify myself multiple times a month even tho I've check marked 'remember my computer.' I am the only one who uses this computer and I DON'T need to verify every 5 minutes (at least that's what it feels like).

Add a Sort condition, and make Moving to a folder easier
Add Sort by Subject. Some newsletter come frequently but only occasionally on a featured subject. It's not a vital feature but might have a few uses.
I use Mail Basic for newsletter because it uses less memory & this is an old computer.
One feature with Outlook I'd like to see here is with Move to a Folder . If the last time I moved an email to, say, the MaloneFolder, the next time a select Move to a folder, the "MaloneFolder" will appear at the top of the list, so I don't have to scroll down. In Outlook, I…171st ranked -
Give the basic account at the very least the abilty to set colour to black
The new yahoo mail is a nightmare to use, I could not sign into any of my accounts depsite the passwords being correct and the recovery details being correct, it kept on asking me to either call a toll free number to make a new account in which I would loose access to all my old account posts.

customer service
Changed my password but it doesn't work. Also the old password doesn't work. Email was hacked causing change of email. Tried to chat but no help. Called the help number and was disconnected 4 times..Customer service is worse I have ever experienced.

Inability to increase font size , pick a color for text , bold text
All of these things dissapeared under the new format. That makes no sense .

Creating new files
I just created my first new file under the new system and instead of it going into my files alphabetically it went in as the first file

Stop hijacking devices and forcing upgrades
Not all users are tech savvy and up to speed on all the fast changes. Devices PC, mobile devices are being hijack and FORCED on end users.
