FONT SIZE IS TOO SMALL, SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADJUST IT IN YAHOO SETTINGS....CANNOT ADJUST IN CHROME NOR SAFARI
IN YOUR SETTINGS, OFFER A WAY TO ENLARGE THE SIZE OF THE FONT FOR EMAILS WITHIN ACCOUNT. ALSO, THE CONTRAST OF WHITE IN THE DARK MODE IS NOT THAT GREAT....NEEDS MORE CONTRAST AND AGAIN FONT ENLARGEMENT CAPABILITIES!

Why do so many emails come into my inbox with no content?
I want to know why I get emails with no content? They are are there sometimes, then disappear. Some never download, but yet they seem to be in Yahoo Mail. What's going on?

tab disappears
The tab in the tabstack for a mail item disappears intermittently when the item is moved to a folder. Using Firefox 60.3.0esr (32-bit) under Windows 10.

NOTHING WORKS ON THIS NEW FORMAT. I can't read anything! Nothing loads.
I can't get anything to load. All I get are error messages. I'm told to upgrade my business account, but when I try to login, it says my password is wrong.

Provide a way to permanently block inappropriate adds in yahoo mail. I have tried several methods a dozen times and the add continues to appear

Hate New Format! But you don't care do you? Not doing one **** thing to respond to users requests to change.
Can only get tiny print when writing emails. I have to change print every time. Email's hurt the eyes and the new look is stark and painful to view. But you don't care because you have not done a single thing to address the users of Yahoo's concerns. Soon as I am able, switching over completely to Gmail!

Frivolous Changes
IF Yahoo really reads the feedback & uses it to determine what your customers want then I say ... You are not reading or you are not responding. I went through many, many comments & suggestions and did not find one that was happy with the "new mail". About computer programmers: To make themselves seem useful programmers continually upgrade programs whether they are needed or not. IF you want to upgrade then add to an existing program; don't simply change the whole system. People stay with you because you DON'T make unnecessary changes. Don't start to make frivolous changes.

font color
Tell the Web Master to use contrasting colors. Light gray on white is ludicrous. This goes for just about any screen you have.
I have many folders. Your new mail doesn't tell me when or how many were filtered to a folder. I do not like having to scroll down every time I open my email or after awhile to determine if I have any filtered mail. the number adjacent to the folder of unread mail is also an example of font not contrasting to background.

Don't delete ALL of someone's emails if they don't log in for a certain amount of time.
I'm absolutely shocked that you delete all of a user's emails if they don't log in for a specified amount of time. I was looking for old account information and everything in my inbox is gone. I'm flabbergasted anyone would think this is a good idea. Last time I'm ever using Yahoo for anything.
