You need to fire the junior pogrammer who did this. They couldn't even code a drive thru menu to order lunch. Contacting your advertisers!

Re the add contact "+" (MAL)function: Is this a 3 Stooges joke???
When I click the "+" to add contacts, instead, it copies/pastes my whole message below the original, again and again, every time I click the "+"!!! NOTHING TO DO WITH CONTACTS!
It shouldn't even have to open the contacts list! Previously when you typed any name in the "To" space it automatically opened a short list of matches that you just clicked the choice you wanted and done!308th ranked -

I do not want the new update , i am not comfortable with the interface. they should at least put an option to switch back or something. this is ridicules.

You can't improve this. It's awful.
Where are the icons when composing email? Where are my contacts using one key stroke? Give your users the choice of opting for this version OR the old one. Bet most will choose the old one.

No notice, Just was told I was switched to a new version with enhancements... It's a pitty to say it and do it that way!

A dozen years I use it and had no need to change until I was switch to the 'New Basic Mail'... just not professional customer service and the worse email service. Poorer than Mail.com!
