I need to access my old account. I do not know my password. Both the recovery email and phone number associated with the account is obsolete
Improve account recovery by allowing users to to use a valid, current phone number and email. I and others aren’t able to gain access to older account, without these. Sending verification code to obsolete phone/email is not the answer. I realize it is user responsibility to keep these current. However, unexpected crises and declining health prevented me. Might someone kindly help? Your attention is appreciated.

Signing-in nonsense
The sheer nonsense from Yahoo when trying to sign in to my Yahoo Mail account over the last few days and weeks culminated this morning in me not being able to access my account at all until only a few moments ago, despite there being no security issues or incorrect log-in details being entered. That plus the so-called "help center" being a joke, just ridiculous carry-on from Yahoo - get your act together. Something seriously needs to be done with Yahoo Mail or good luck to it and Yahoo.

Can't open e-mails on android phones. Opening an e-mail just reloads the inbox page.
Starting yesterday, when I try to open an e-mail on my phone, it looks like the e-mail will open, but it just reloads the inbox page. It does this for all folders. This seems to be a problem exclusive to smartphones.

Unread Messages Menu Button
Please add an unread messages menu button.
I get tonnes of emails on a regular basis and sometimes the unread emails get lost in the numerous read email messages.Please kindly add a menu button for unread messages so that one can easily find all the unread messages in one's inbox and read them.

Why can’t I delete emails any longer… why is there a checkbox in front of each email? Why do you kept asking me to sign in when I am logged
I can’t do anything in yahoo mail any longer… can’t delete… stupid checkboxes displayed that I can’t eliminate… and you keep telling me to log in when I AM logged in… I’m over it yahoo….

Stop sending all of my mail directly to my Trash folder!
All of my incoming mail is going to my trash folder, including from my contacts. How can you resolve this for me? It just began happening yesterday (4/25/23).

It's quite fine there should be an option for auto delete previous irrelevant emails who reached 5000 emails. Its for giving me tension.
Above ideas is my own idea, my own experience. And your mail.yahoo App is not working in Pakistan. I want as gmail is related to Google. Yahoo mail should also near to gmail and built-in app should be there as gmail. My idea is mouth watering profit generated idea, it has worth yahoo will realize.

Broken system
Please revert me to the old functional system. What you’ve done prevents me from using contacts or email with any sense of functionality. Fix this regressive progress promptly. Or is it time to leave after 20 odd years?
