3. Back to the usual signing-in nonsense again Yahoo Mail

   Title says it all - back to the usual nonsense again trying to sign in to my Yahoo Email account. "Sorry you can't sign in for 49 minutes please try then"

   This happens every week for a few days, then everything goes smoothly until, wally bally bingy bangy, Yahooedly doodley, slammy whammy.

   Create a link to download attachments using Android phone. Right now I can SEE that I have an attachment but ABSOLUTELY NO BUTTON TO SEE OR DOWNLOAD SAID ATTACHMENT. I have to check my email on my PC then RESEND the attachment to my GMAIL ADDRESS in order to download any attachments sent to my Yahoo mail. Really big annoying process when you guys could simply have a button instead of just "letting me know" that I gonna need to use a PC to see it

    I had wrote Publix corporate about a charge that I did not authorize. First you said their email address was wrong. Then you said the second address was wrong.Then the letter disappeared all together.You need to protect your clients privacy better than what you are doing.Especially from corrupted law enforcement officials who hack into people's accounts.

    I keep getting harassing nasty emails from one person I cannot find where I can block his email or report him I have gone through every page on Yahoo and it is impossible he is harassing me and threatening my life 50 to 60 emails a day and I cannot get any help from Yahoo over this

13. Bring back all free Yahoo! services that made Yahoo! great (2000-2005)!

    First, I have been a long time user and fan of Yahoo! from the early days when Yahoo! was at it's very best, with free texting, calls, video calls, included with free email! I also remember Yahoo! having a pop-up widget for mail, which also allowed me to listen to music, and have real-time conversations with people. I also loved going on Yahoo! to watch free NFL, etc. games! Do you still do any of these things any longer, except free email? I also noticed, when I went to edit my email account, which I have for a reason, however, I rarely have time to access, I was able to sign back in, yes, however, Yahoo! deleted ALL of my emails, and folders, giving me the excuse that Yahoo! policy now does this if an account is "inactive" for the amount of time you put in place. A better approach would be to send gentle reminders to our backup email accounts, with an "option" to get push notifications directly to any/all of our devices, not just demanding our private information like phone numbers. Emails rarely change. Phones are consistently updated by every person I know. Some are able to switch their phone number to their new phone, while others cannot for various reasons. So, phone text/call verifications can actually cause problems for users to get back into their account, IF their phone number changed, due to getting a new phone that they cannot carry over their phone #., if their phone was lost, if their phone was stolen, etc. To be honest, Yahoo! is chasing users away to GMail. If you want to compete with GMail, go back to how Yahoo! was in the early 2000's when Yahoo! was GREAT! Now, Yahoo! is more of an annoyance than helpful, when you find out that your account and everything you had on it was deleted without my permission or desire for it to be deleted is simply terrible customer service, and will sadly continue Yahoo! spiralling downward until you appeal to the users who made Yahoo! what it formerly was, when Yahoo! was the best free email, without any real rivals, because of all the many additional free services you offered along with free email, including UNLIMITED STORAGE! Yep, I remember when Yahoo! had unlimited storage as well. What the heck is going on over at Yahoo! Why would you choose to get rid of the free services you offered? Simply add sponsorship ads to cover all costs, and make sure the ads are respectfully placed, and never intrusive and manipulative. As soon as your CEO who first changed Yahoo! for the worse, EVWRYONE has been talking about how TERRIBLE yahoo! is now. For me, as a huge Yahoo! fan (from the early days 2000-2005 approximately), I am coming to you with a gentle warning of your own demise Yahoo! is creating for itself by making changes since removing all the free services on Yahoo! I mentioned. My fiance'e and I discuss this at least once a year, and look back fondly with memories of how AMAZING Yahoo! was in those early 2000 days! Please bring back the Yahoo! we LOVED and experienced daily, without the need or desire for any other email companies like GMail, because Yahoo! offered so many wanted and needed free services... including games, chat rooms, texting, calls, unlimited storage, large file attachments to send/archive things important to us etc. When Yahoo! returns to it's former free service format as it was 2000-2005 (approximately), Yahoo! will return to it's former #1 glory (in the eyes of the people) , because we will not need to go anywhere else because Yahoo! will offer all we need... for free, supported by sponsorship ads, NOT paid subscriptions. Remember AOL? No one uses their service anymore like they did, because Yahoo! took them over (in the early days) with exactly what I am helping you remember, and it was ALL FREE! Hope this message is ready and taken seriously! This is meant to help you, as a longtime friend helps out a longtime friend get back on the path that made.th.great when they lose their way! I guarantee you this, you make these improvements to Yahoo! and keep ALL SERVICES FREE, including Yahoo Customer Service (text/call/email/social media options), Yahoo! will return to it's former glory with those that matter, your users worldwide! 👍

    Someone is sending emails with my email. I think they scan my phone by calling in on a number. If you see a check mark or envelope on a person's number you have been hacked and they are using your network data. These people are in Utah. I have their information. I'm trying to save people's companies from going under on this scam.

16. I like the service way better than gmail
