I get tonnes of emails on a regular basis and sometimes the unread emails get lost in the numerous read email messages. Please kindly add a menu button for unread messages so that one can easily find all the unread messages in one's inbox and read them.

I hate the new layout. How do I go back to the old layout with the preview window?
The new layout is horrible. It’s awkward and annoying. Please put it back to the way it was.

Broken system
Please revert me to the old functional system. What you’ve done prevents me from using contacts or email with any sense of functionality. Fix this regressive progress promptly. Or is it time to leave after 20 odd years?

New Version vs Basic Version
Yahoo recently reverted back to the new version and it sucks! In the past I’ve gone into settings and changed it back. This time there is NO setting for basic. Even though Yahoo still recommends this fix. So. Incredibly. Frustrating.
PLEASE make the basic mobile browser version accessible and when a user chooses it in settings, leave it be.

Versions Of Yahoo Intercepting My Email
My email disappears especially if I use the app. The older the email editor, the more likely I will receive my email. Immediately, TikTok sending me a reset code and Yahoo not showing it. There is PLENTY of other TikTok email to my Yahoo, but NOT today. All rights reserved.
