  3. Stop jerking around long time users with excessive robot tests and locking me out of my account. Try treating users like people.

    Improve the security algorithim. You deliberately lock me out of my account then suggest I call user support with my credit card. Yahoo appears to lock out customers to generate more revenue! Using my data isnt my chouce. The original yahoo didnt do this. Revenue can be increased with more users that are delighted with service. Try improving the user experience. Yahoo has only cut features and abused users. Im looking at new email options. I hate yahoo service and im sure the advertisers know yahoo is an old broken business model.

    Instead of not allowing people to complain about politics, how about making sure our ******* accounts are secured... Third time since you've taken over yahoo I've been hacked... Never happened when yahoo ran it... Thanks verizon, ****** phone service unless you're in a city, ****** internet security, but lets protect the Dems feelings at all costs!!! T-Mobile and gmail here I come!

  14. There needs to be a change TEXT SIZE button right on the creating email page EASY TO SEE.

    I need to be able to change the TEXT SIZE EASILY on my EMAILS without having to look all over for this. I don’t need ant sized font. And it shouldn’t affect the rest of my pages for me to do it.

    Every time your company goes through a data migration due to a sale, acquisition, or breach (being hacked and forced to fix a mess created by internal or contact workers); customers like me - a paid account or not (mine is), you expose incidentally or purposefully my information to crooks nationally and internationally.
