Comment faire pour revenir au mail payant sans publicité ?
J'ai un compte mail payant depuis près de 20 ans. Suite à un problème de carte bancaire compromise et bloquée par l'émetteur à ma demande, il y a eu un impayé et je suis passé involontairement au mail gratuit avec publicité. Depuis, j'ai remplacé ma carte, mais les tentatives de "mise à niveau" échouent avec le message: Echec, présence d'un impayé. Ce serait intelligent de corriger cette absurdité : l'entreprise refuse l'argent d'un client.

Subscription with local country payment point
Hi Yahoo,
As per subject .. please try to co-operate with each local country paymeny point .. as in my country Indonesia there's much local payment as OVO, DANA, GO-PAY .. most mentioned is credible and trusted from OJK (OTORITAS JASA KEUANGAN) = OJK is Goverment legal company which is responsible to monitor payment point.. In indonesia is a big market share.. but we indonesian people not all has credit card or paypal... so please gain more payment access other than Credit card or paypal..
U need to elevate tech like google an other who already manage cooperate with telco…

For Thailand, The price for yahoo mail pro shouldn't be more than 500 Bth per year./Someone may pay for you.
With this price it's cost to much for thailand index price. Don't believe gmail & Outlook is the alternative. You will lose all new user; when they try....
Oh too much add, Oh no add price ? Pay for what??? Just Email. Change to anoter mail platform it's easily!

I suggest putting the price up front so people can make an informed decision, instead of having a million people cancel after the first month.

very bad idea of stopping autoforward feature ,assuming that people will pay. infact people will go away from yahoo. when we have all other platforms with great cost effective service ,who will pay for a dying yahoomail? please check the intention of the idea giver, he seems to be not well wisher of yahoo. this idea will remove existing customers and will cause great harm to the company

Payment portal not working
Please improve on payment system, I tried multiple times and it shows HTTP bad request error message. This is not a PRO performance.

The archive feature does not work properly. It abended and left mails some in the inbox, some in the archive. Cleaning inbox.
