Hate the new mail. I got a different kind for one of my addresses from the other. One of them allows seeing only 4 lines of a letter!

Awful, unappetizing, very unappealing.

Your Help functions are Terrible!! The Worst!! I've been getting 30 or More Spam messages a day "Mail Delivery Subsystem" "Delivery Status Notif.. (Failure)!! Called my Personal Help Desk BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ONE!! They sent me an email w/ instructions from Laptopmag.com. An experienced IT guy, he said that site has been a Very good one. But their instructions don't EVEN work on my email. I'm SURE they wouldn't have written them and kept them up if they didn't work for many people. Getting these emails to stop should be a SIMPLE function, but your co. makes it Impossible…

Filter for instant delete
I would love to have a filter that deletes specified spam messages immediately, instead of moving them to Spam or Trash, so that they are gone before I download mail to my e-mail client.

Deal view is a wastes of space
There are so many useless add ons that the new mail has, the deal view is one of them. Make it an option to turn it off.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW FORMAT for email. Give us the choice to go back to the former on instead of FORCING US TO USE THE NEW ONE.

The mobile and desktop messages do not match - they need to sync up!
I spend time deleting message and organizing them into folders on my phone, but when I switch to desktop view, none of the changes are made. Same thing occurs if I update everything on the desktop on my PC, but then to view my email on my phone. Seriously need to fix this so that any update I made in mobile or desktop automatically updates the emails in the opposite format.
Also, the mobile unread email option is flawed. It will say I don't have any unread emails, but will still show an unread email count. The only way I…

Responding to my emails
For whatever reason, when responding to an incoming e-mail, and after I have replied and 'sent', my response e-mail does go into my 'sent' folder, but it also STAYS in my 'inbox', along with my response. I don't know how to stop this. Need help.

Trying to figure out why when I open an email it gives me a pop up screen to which I can not reply, forward - basically can't do anything.
Trying to figure out why when I open an email it gives me a pop up screen to which I cannot reply, forward - basically I have to go to my iPhone and open the message so I can reply. Really stinks. This just started happening about 6 months ago. Any ideas what I can do?
