This is awful. You took a clean platform and made it ugly.
I understand what you are doing. Beta testing, pretending it's a new product. Who was complaining about the prior platform. Sometimes striving for perfect is the enemy of excellent.

VOTE NOW!!! Bring Back Classic Mail!! The Users Of Yahoo Demand It!!
The New Version Is Terrible. It Is Slow. There Are More Ads. The Folders On The Left Can Not Be Read As Easily. The Messages Merge Together. The Background Keeps Changing. Very Confusing To Use. Layout Is Different And People Don't Like Change. There Was Nothing Wrong With The Old Layout! Give Us Back Our Classic Mail!!!

Where is basic mail?
Information says I can switch to basic mail. Following instructions (settings>more settings) what i find is "switch to classic mail. When you click this it immediately tells you you must upgrade now????

Bring Back the Classic Format
I freaking HATE the new email format!!! It is UGLY and cluttered and confusing - why did you have to force users to change??? I want the classic format back, and it looks like the majority of users want the classic format back also. As someone else noted - WHY CAN"T YOU LISTEN TO THE USERS??? You ask for feedback and then TOTALLY IGNORE IT!
