I had important messages archived in this account. I did not know that all messages of my account will be deleted without any notice!
It is a disgrace! Records of 15 years of my life have been wiped out by Yahoo without even an advance warning or notice. This is th end of Yahoo!

Every "UPGRADE" is more of a "DOWNGRADE."
Every time you make an "UPGRADE" it's more of a "DOWNGRADE." Leave it alone. It isn't broken, don't fix it. I don't want to continually spend time re-learning how to use something that you call "improved." My inbox was perfectly user-friendly several upgrades ago, and I was happy with it. My time is valuable to me. If I were to charge you for my time to re-learn on every upgrade, you wouldn't be happy.

Return to the old Preview--able to view a couple lines of an email without opening.
I liked the old preview option. When you turned it on, you were able to view a couple lines of an email without opening it. I'm looking at a possibly suspicious email, but the built-in one-line preview only shows, "(No Subject)".

If my ad blockers are interfering with Yahoo mail, fix Yahoo male so they don't.
The message says that my ad blockers may be interfering with Yahoo mail features. The simple solution is for Yahoo to fix Yahoo mil so they don't interfere.

Bug - when selecting e-mails to delete
Instead of selecting items to delete when mouse click on check-box it often open e-mail and previous selection disappear - someone shoul look why check-box is changing position on screen so mouse clicking instead of activating check-box opens an e-mail

Switch providers

You told me I had to switch to Firefox or chrome. Trying Firefox how do I get all my contacts, bookmarks, etc from my Safari Yahoo. Need it!
Fix my new Firefox so that I have all the contacts, bookmarks, etc etc. I need all my stuff from my old Safari Yahoo if I am going to stay with Firefox. It said I was going to loose it with Safari. With Firefox i have already lost it. If you make me switch then switch all my stuff with it.
