Make it so it works again! I have templates in Excel and Word which I used to be able to simply copy and paste on to my emails. I know that I can do attachments, but that will not work for the people I am working with. When I paste them, the formatting changes. The version on my cell phone does not work well either! I used to be able to quickly go from one email to the next and anything that was not important...I could quickly touch it or delete it and move on. Now I have to directly touch each email just to get it so it does not show as "new any more". It is very time consuming. Please fix these issues!
