  1. Make it easier to completely block someone from emailing you!

    In both the app and desktop version, I have no option to block a sender. There are instructions on Google. Click settings and then more settings. The "more settings" button doesn't exist and I'm being harassed. Please fix this.

Also do make sure you haven't passed over the 1000 blocked emails, or your block email will be grayed out. We hope this information was usefull.

  5. The new mobile Fantasy Football app is TERRIBLE!!!!!

    The new FF football app is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please revert back asap! People are leaving your platform because of this horrendous new layout! It is the worst on the market. Someone talked you into trying sell us something on every page! I have played FF on your site for as long as you have had it and this upgrade makes me want to never get on a yahoo site ever again. Read your own board and at the very least give us the option of reverting back. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR USERS!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Allow me to close an account I did not create.

    A hacker stole my email and added a subscription which gives him total access to all of my emails. No-one will stop him. It’s fraud and Identity theft. I will look for legal ways to reach yahoo to remove the account.

  10. I want the ability to remove Yahoo News from my email login...please

    I am tired of when I want to check my email that I am met with leftist and traitorous propaganda from Yahoo news. I would love the ability to turn off the news and just go straight to my email...Yahoo can sell that **** to someone else

    Yahoo mail have a security problem. When I enter my e-mail, I receive a warning, but my e-mail is stolen and they change my password, but I do not receive a single notification. What kind of security system is this?

    Hi. If you suspect your account may be hacked knowing the warning signs and what to do if your account has been compromised is important. Hackers may change the settings in your Yahoo Mail account to disrupt your inbox or get copies of your emails. You can review and secure your account further here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2090.html 


    Additionally, run a scan for malware and spyware that could be on your device. Malware and spyware can be used to steal sensitive information, duplicate files or even see the keystrokes used when you type. Even if your device has security software on it that automatically scans for malicious activity, you will still want to take extra precaution.     Hi there. To delete a payment method, please follow these steps :

    Go to mysubscriptions: https://mysubscriptions.yahoo.com/

    Click Edit payment method next to the current payment method.

    - You'll see a list of payment methods associated with the account.

    Click Delete for the payment method you want to delete.


    Can't remove your card? You'll need to add a new, valid credit card before you can delete your current method of payment. This also helps you avoid an interruption in service.

  17. Improving Login Procedures

    I have had issues signing into my original account because my phone number changed. That is the only difference between the "me" that I was when I had access to my old account and the "me" that I am now. I've had no choice but to create this "new" account. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but it is because as a result of not having access to that old account, I have lost many important documents that I trusted Yahoo! to keep safe for me over the years.   19. Fix MyMail not displaying unread mail in MyYahoo since 07/09/24 update

    Ever since the 07/09/24 update to Firefox, Yahoo's MyMail feature shows an empty box instead of some unread emails in the MyYahoo dashboard. I'm running Windows-10 with Browser Firefox 128.0 (20240704121409).
