Stop deleting comments that don't break the rules without specifying what rule is being broken. You are blocking all of my comments!

It is much better use of my time to just ignore the usually slanted and generally false and accusatory articles on yahoo. Since I haven't cracked the comment code, I have been unable to see different responses to the said articles. This simply means I know longer waste my time reading them.

(the word "dastardly" and now..... "Ham-fisted" violate Openweb rules for yahoo community guidelines on comments for news) this cant be real....
i literately said a sign in a yahoo news story with slurs "seemed ham-fisted" that comment was rejected. i was not allowed to post. ....... i then said it was "ill conceived" 100% acceptable to openweb. .... i was allowed to post.
you cannot say / you are not allowed to say......
"a no2 pencil is just as dastardly"
or
"the sign seems ham-fisted."did my comments really violate yahoo community standards? ...
my question is valid. -

Yahoo needs to stop their bias in the comment section. Someone posted that Biden was looking for a b***job from a child. Yahoo let it stand. I challenged Yahoo, who went through and deleted at least 20 of my comments. All were clean, factual, and non partisan.

The Yahoo censorship process is a blech box. Why should I waste my time commenting anymore? Time to move to twitter or mastodon.

I tried multiple variations of this paragraph, and all were unsuccessful.

provide better explanation for censorship of comments.
I tried posting this:
"Here in California, for the last 10 years, there was only one reported (California Department of Public Health) case of a rabid racoon (2018). The animals most frequently reported (again, in California) to have rabies, are bats and skunks, with cats, dogs, foxes, and coyote trailing. (No rabid cows so far, wink) But in Maine, wow!, racoons appear to be the animal most commonly infected with rabies. So there are definitely regional differences to consider."
and it was rejected. Care to explain?

Why is yahoo censoring every single comment. If I post two words randomly, they get censored and removed! It needs to stop immediately!

Let me make comments on News articles like everyone else. I've had this email for over 20 years and all my comments get removed. Even writing the word Hello or Agreed gets removed for claims of violating community standards.

You can improve Yahoo by stopping cancelling people whose ideas are diametrically oppose to yours.
Speaking for myself, my posts have been read and commented on by over 600 times ( by the by, where can I find them???), making me a valuable contributor to the conversation.
If my posts scrunch your jokey undies, edit them or don't publish them. But why cancel me if it takes you just a click of the mouse to flush me down your memory holes.
Please, and answer. -

I have seen threads on yahoo that have degraded into pure filth and have seen some that have had over zealous moderation. How about coming up with something that resembles a standard that be applied across the board. It is confusing to post something that is an opinion in a none offensive way and then to be blocked from posting with out knowing why. I do not call names, curse, nor make fun of others beliefs. In fact I don't often post. I cant post for reasons that are unknown to me. This is wrong and I think you know this. I generally enjoy your news outlet as I can get an idea of how people think in a way that is outside my local area. It is your platform and you can do as you wish. I will continue to read your articles but refrain from posting. I you are reading this thank you for your time and interest. I don't expect a reply

Stop censoring people who have used your site for many years or just go back to your policy of not excepting comments on your storries at all. I've been using your site for news and email for 20 years and now I can't post an honest comment without it getting rejected. So sad.

The U.S. actually [was] debt free, for the first and only time, at the beginning of 1835 and stayed that way until 1837. It remains the only time that a major country was without debt. [Andrew] Jackson and his followers believed that freedom from debt was the linchpin in establishing a free republic. It freed the country and its citizens from burdens and bondage to creditors. It freed the majority from dependence on a minority."
