WHY ARE EMAILS MISSING
I have email messages to my yahoo account in my Outlook mobile app. These are emails to and from my @yahoo.com address. Do you know where these emails DO NOT appear? Yahoo.com. Yahoo is the absolute worst email provider I have ever had the misfortune of using, fix your trash system.

Just go out of business already. Yahoo is known as the biggest (living) failure of the tech world. It is clear you're trying to kill off the rest of your user base with these cash grabs using extortion techniques. I have the mail page whitelisted. I STILL SEE ALL THE **** ADS! YET YOU HOLD MY PAGE HOSTIGE EVERY TIME I SIGN ON SAYING I HAVEN'T WHITE LISTED YOUR PAGE? WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? YOUR **** DOESN'T WORK. STOP PUNISHING US BECAUSE OF YOUR GARBAGE CODING.

Remove Adblock popup or I will have to move my email account
Yahoo email was one of the fist email accounts I ever opened and it is still my main work account. However, this stupid "Wait 15 seconds to access your account as punishment for not letting us show you ads" is driving me away from Yahoo. The mail service is the only thing that brings me here. I can leave adblock turned on ans access my Gmail account just fine.
The only thing that has stopped me so far is that it will be a huge pain to change my email address with everyone. But if I have to put up…

I keep getting super obvious spam messages
No matter how many filters I put up, I keep getting spam messages from clearly letter-vomit sources. Please have something that verifies the sources, or at least fix up the filters so that I don't have to put up 5 filters for a single word.
And do something about your ad spam that many pages are complaining about.

FIX EMAILS FROM GOING TO SPAM FOLDER
FIX the spam folder from getting my email. I go into the spam folder and mark all the emails that are not spam and when I go the email folder the emails are sent back to spam before I can read them. FIX THIS MESS THAT YOU CREATED WHEN YOU CHANGED THE FORMAT TO ****

BANNER ADS -- I am a small business; most are irrelevant to me. In addition, they do not disappear everyday in favor of a new one--I could put up with that. Instead they migrate down into the inbox and become stuck there, intermingling with my legitimate emails, and forcing me to 'dislike and justify' then x-out to get rid of them. You have a lot of programmers there with nothing to do but change things for no reason--try having them change this issue for a good reason: my sanity?
