  1. What happened to emails to "me"

    You gave us the option to send emails to ourselves, and the folder was called "to me" I believe. Now it has disappeared. Please put it back

  2. Print email to pdf

    The email print icon used to let you choose to print to a PDF (and therefore save with a file name). In the current version the print icon takes you to a small version of your email as before, but when you click the print icon in the small version the command goes straight to the printer and provides no option for saving as a PDF instead. I use the email PDF as validation of the email content.

  3. We need a country white list that will apply to the domains sending us emails

    Currently most spam arrives from domains which include country identifiers that even in a hundred years the user will never ever expect to communicate with.
    Please allow a yahoo account user:
    (1) the option to activate a email country white list
    (2) limit the white list entries to twenty countries per account.
    Very few of us can write and read proficiently in more than ten languages. A maximum of twenty countries from which the user is prepared to accept emails should be more than generous.

    To be clear the effect of this functionality must be to reject any email sent…

  4. Please limit to 30 the number of recipients on any single email

    and automatically reject all email traffic with more than thirty recipient addresses. (i.e. Don't put them in my Spam folder, but simply don't allow any traffic with more than thirty addresses on an email to pass through any yahoo server.)
    Those yahoo users who actually need to send emails to more than thirty addresses at a time can set up different address lists in their yahoo Draft folder.

  5. Stop calling my outgoing emails with links SPAM!!!

    I'm trying to send my husband a list of 3 restaurants with links to their menus, and Yahoo Mail won't allow me to send it because it "looks too much like spam." Yet I get all kinds of ACTUAL SPAM in my inbox all the time. There is NO WAY to override this. Seriously annoying and making me thinking of changing to another email service!

  6. It would be nice when I call your help center to get someone who understands what Yahoo Mail Pro is??? What the ****? I

    I called the number supplied and I got India and the lady didn't even know what Yahoo Mail Pro was???? I was having trouble signing up and she couldn't even understand what I wanted to do. If this is the kind of help that I would receive, maybe I don't need Yahoo Mail Pro because there was NO help supplied! Please review the phone call, I am very frustrated!!!!!

  7. I don't want to see deals above my paid email

    I use my email for business and I have no interest in reading about deals above my emails. I want what I had before all the new junk, ads, small poster-card sized "new" emails showed up. You guys have ruined a reasonable email alternative to Gmail and I'm about ready to cancel all six of my subscriptions to paid Yahoo! mail.

  9. Way Too much Spam the last 2 months. This really needs to be fixed asap.

    For a paid service there doesn't seem to be any spam filters. I've been using Yahoo Mail for 20 years and this year may be the year I drop it. Half of my emails are now spam.

  10. Not getting calendar e-mail reminders

    I have my calendar set up to send me e-mail reminders for my appointments. Suddenly about 6 months ago the remainders stopped coming. I have all my settings right and I called the helpdesk and never heard back and still no reminders. Then I set a daily agenda to be sent to me by e-mail and that has stopped coming as well. Not sure why this happened - I've had yahoo mail for 20+ years and it was working fine.

  13. Email Filters Absolutely DO NOT Work

    No Yahoo Email Filter works. None. For a paid Pro version that's pathetic. As is the fact that the Spam filters don't work.

  14. Flat Rate Yearly Plan

    I have been a Yahoo mail subscriber since its inception...many years. I have always enjoyed having a flat rate yearly plan on Yahoo Mail. Now, there is no longer that perk being offered. What about us seniors on a limited budget? Please bring back a flat rate yearly plan. Is it time for me to look elsewhere? As much as I dislike leaving an email I have had since the beginning, I'm thinking I might have to.

  15. address book stinks!

    The address book is a piece of garbage!

    a) we can't go to a contact and see what lists its in
    b) lists aren't alphabetized. That's insane. It's basic.

    c) half of the time when I get an email from a new customer an touch the "add this to contacts," I get "adding contact failed". Grrrrrrrr. Try it again, same thing.

  16. Lists alphabetized

    I use my Yahoo email as my business email. I probably spend at least 2 hours on the site every day.

    I have 177 folders. I just counted.

    AND THEY AREN'T in alphabetical order. So when I'm looking or a folder, I have to open the folder drop down, press control F, then type in the folder I want. Yes, I'm serious. And this process often takes a while b/c folders are titled AT&T2005, AT&T2006, AT&T2007, etc.

    Of course, Yahoo knows this b/c we've been complaining about it ever since the new/improved Yahoo was forced upon us and this feature…

  17. I cannot stand looking at the extra line on top - please eliminate it!

    The new line at the to is horrible. Please give us the option to go back to Yahoo Mail the way it used to be.

    I don't want to see this on the top of the email.

  19. Provide the ability to include a mailto: address in the body of an email

    I am on a committee and while creating correspondence, I would like to include a mailto:address link so that all members of the committee will see the response.

  20. Sent email incorrectly flagged as spam

    My email to people with whom I've been emailing back and forth for years are bouncing back marked as "high probability of spam." It's ridiculous. I'm in their address book, they white listed me, but I can't send them an email, only answer to their to the same address.

    If I send the same email from a different yahoo address or to a different address it goes through fine.

    Meanwhile emails from clients who are in my address book keep ending up in the spam folder.

    And there is no customer service to talk to.
