I cannot SEND in my PAID yahoo email account and yahoo cant correct
I pay for my yahoo email and can no longer SEND emails!!!! I've complained but yahoo wont fix, only blames Norton (Norton was removed, yahoo still won't SEND)
yahoo support is a fraud, they take our money and do not offer help, only excuses.

Editting a contact
So, I have a contact. I receive an email from them with additional information. So, I put the cursor over the name, I get an "edit contact" option, so I pick that. THREE TIMES I try to edit the contact, and each time I get a "edit failed". This typically happens 30% of the time, but usually after the 2nd or 3rd try, the edit is saved. My goodness, what a bugs in this product. How do the programmers justify such a poor performance?

Filters not working
Why don't my filters work? (Deliver to "Trash" if From begins with "a@") and Deliver to "Trash" if From begins with "admin@*") ???

Why is it so hard to edit Filters???
My filters are not working but it is extremely difficult to edit them. I should be able to move through them and edit/delete multiple ones. Or even switch the order if what you print - the first one is law - is true.

I would like to re-organize existing email via filter to existing folder in mass - Not one by one
If I have 100s of emails from an address and I need to re-direct them via existing folder or new ones. Just like outlook, all I need is to select one email and set the rule to dump all these similar emails to one Folder

Spell Checking
Where is the spell checker? I remember there was a spell checker, and now I had to depend on the browsers to help me spell check, and that was horrible under the macOS system which limits what browsers like Chrome and Edge can do (i.e. right-click and show a menu of possible solutions to a spelling error).
You would think paying customers would have features like this to compose our messages in other languages.

Communications from Amazon's automated service are blocked
I was trying to reset my Amazon password. I am supposed to receive a set of digits or a link to help me reset it, but I could not receive anything although they say it was sent to my e-mail address.
Please investigate why I am not receiving their communication.

Adjustable photos
If the photos were adjustable that would be awesome. I was hoping that by paying for Yahoo I would have more option regarding my outgoing mail. Since I don't I am really not wanting to pay for email.

Empty Inbox Button Needed
It has to be possible to empty inbox with one click, instead of many. People returning to YaHoo Mail, people with longstanding accounts who get too much SPAM, many reasons to have this functionality.

when selecting move should autoselect the search input box so you can start typing the folder name
when selecting to move an item and the menu of folders is presented along with the search input box, it would be nice if that input box was autoselected so that you can start typing the name of a folder. Happened to need to move to a folder that started with "r" and went into reply message vs selecting the target move folder.

The thread hiding can be confusing. Because some emails present with the same title ... the recipient the next day thinks that it is a dupl
If there is a response to a message ... show AT LEAST two consecutive messages before creating a thread. This will allow the recipient to avoid a thread ... and start a new message. Otherwise, provide each person with the ability to AVOID all thread emails. Dr. K

OK, 20 years of contact lists are gone.
I imagine I had over 100.
So I'm sending out an email to my clients, and no lists.
Please please restore them!!! I beg you!

Don't classify political emails as spam
You routinely classify political emails as spam. You are suppressing democracy when you do so -- even if there are people (usually of the opposite party) who may agree with your classification. I personally donate to several of the groups you classify as spam and your action is most definitely wrong.

Add a range of dates as a Filter criterion
In order to transfer a large number of old e-mails into a folder that contains e-mails over a range of dates, it would be helpful to add a range of dates as filter criteria.

You have recently started rejecting email with URL links. This means I can no longer use your email service as I have for over 20 years because items like "Password Reset" never get to me.
I do not believe you want this to be the case. I can not reach anybody to discuss this. Maybe this will work?
