Offer new look AND classic look for Yahoo Mail+
We should have the option. I find the new look too cluttered and if there is the only the NEW LOOK available I will be exploring other email programs. Offer BOTH the Classic look AND the new look to Yahoo Mail+ subscribers

viewing email
you should give us the option to remove sorting emails by day of the week. It creates wasted space in the inbox and is not necessary in my opinion. Thank you !

stop allowing spam and racy obnoxious emails to go through. I keep blocking them but everyday I get more.

Why do I bother blocking email senders???? You let them through anyway!!!!
Give me the ability to use "***" ( wildcards ) in email blocks. Then, when you actually start to block them, I can be very effective on senders who change a few characters in their email address to avoid blocking.

Send long email addresses to spam
Lately I have been flooded with spam in my inbox. They all have one thing in common - very long set of random letters in the "from" address. Please either automatically or give us the ability to filter incoming email where the "from" field is more than a set number of characters. No legitimate email is going to come from an address that is 30+ characters long.

Use your AI engine to warn of potential phishing. Many times, your AI engine is summarizing a phishing attack and making it seem real instead of warning me that it is a phishing attempt and be aware.

Better Use of Screen Space
When I had using side by side and search for all emails from a specific sender, the contact for that sender is opened and covers the side panel, making it impossible to read the email. This update renders the sender search function useless, please allow the user to close the contact window

Add back ability to set filter to send mail to the main Inbox
Please add back the ability to set a filter to send mail to the main Inbox. This is necessary in order to be able to exclude certain special emails before a "catch all filter" send the rest to a specific folder. These special emails need to stay in the Inbox and not get moved to a folder because they are important and I need to make sure I get notifications for them.
For example, if I want make all Facebook update emails go to a "facebook" folder EXCEPT those where the subject contains the word "family" and "office", then I…

Reinstate "sort by subject" for a mail folder
In the past, one could sort the emails in a folder by SUBJECT. That function has disappeared. Please reinstate it!

Block spam using host addresses/domains
More spammers are using host email addresses/domains. The one I see the most is impersonating Coinbase, but using many different hosts, so there's no way I know of to block them. Do you know a way?
