    This is not working well at all. Hard to navigate, lost e-mails, unable to access some e-mails.
    Would like old yahoo mail back.

    I want my old classic email back. This was updated without my knowledge or approval. I lost emails when this upgraded, I'm not getting emails from people and a lot of stuff has now gone into my spam folder and I didn't know and just deleted without looking at it. I can't just start typing a contacts name and have it come up, I actually have to search it and put into my To box. This sucks.

    I totally agree with all the complainers below!! I've tried for AGES to avoid Google taking over and have loved working with Yahoo Mail. WHAT THE **** happened!!?? I also agree with one of the comments that you shouldn't change without getting the green light from the subscriber! I had to go searching for my friend's e-mail that USED to complete automatically. Then had to start all over again. When I followed the instructions in the "Feedback" section to switch back to Basic by accessing my button for doing such things....it was nowhere to be found. I'm too tired to have to struggle every **** time I need to get off a quick e-mail. PLEASE send me an e-mail (hah HAHHH...as if I can GET it!) and tell me how to go back to BASIC!! Jeeeez

    Will be switching all my personal and business emails away from Yahoo unless the old classic is resurrected.

    I do NOT LIKE THE new one. My contacts don't automatically enter and I do not like not seeing the menu choices when I scroll through a message.

    Hello. I am very disappointment. I haven't open this email in a while but, today I logging into this email account, to find out that I lost all my email in account elidagomez2005@yahoo.com
    I wondering what happened??

    Cannot pull up email groups that used to populate automatically. Guess I'll be heading to Gmail with the rest of these folks.

    This must be yahoo's way to force you to upgrade; make the version many are using not work anymore! Thanks Yahoo, I think Apple was correct!

    I have been trying to switch from this basic format back and can not. This basic STINKS. I try to compose and none of my stored addresses appear. Having to change pages to see past emails is also lousy. Why did you change and from all the comments all negative you are not doing anything to please your customers. As one airline says you have many choices and glad you picked us. Well there are other choices out there and maybe it is time to say GOODBYE YAHOO.

    How do I switch back to my basic mail? Like RIGHT now.
    Can not eliminate addresses when I want to send out emails.
    When I try to copy and paste none of my pictures are there, just the text.

    HOW DO I GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY????
    WHY DON'T YOUJUST LEAVE EVERY THING ALONE

    None of my contacts pop up when I'm composing an email, so I have to go search for the addresses. It is time consuming and frustrating. I don't mind changes as long as they make something better, but this is ridiculous. If the old format isn't brought back, or if these glitches are corrected quickly I'll switch to gmail.
