    in some emails, there are words or letters missing, never had that with the classic mail, something is very wrong with yahoo's so-called new mail. basic was very good

    I need to switch back to the basic Yahoo. All of my email lists aren't available anymore and I lost some emails before june 1st, 2019. PLEASE GET ME BACK IN ORDER!!!!!!!

    You made the change again, and I am very unhappy. One thing I noticed as that e-mails are hard to read because the printing size has been reduced. So now when I tried to print a message only half of the message shows. It's awful. Please message dated June 6, 2019. It's from the "Insurance Commissioner" and very important for me to read it all. Well, I can't read it all because it's so wide that doesn't fit the screen and when I tried to print only have of sheet is printed. Please Help. I want it back to traditional!!! Also, I can only open one e-mail at the time and I have to do this page by page, no as it was before, a continued page.

    Absolutely HATE yahoo basic mail....it's the worst!!!! Bring back the classic.

    I honestly don't understand this. Is the summer intern you hired messing with us?

    I have no settings or mail view options, I can only open one e-mail at a time, I can't edit my drafts (I have to copy it and paste it into a new message to alter), I can't format anything (font type, size, color), and I can't switch to the old mail format.

    I hope you're saving a ton of money, because you're going to lose a lot of customers...

    I absolutely HATE this new set up! I try to send an e-mail, but I have to cancel it, go to my contacts and THEN I can send it. Even the contacts I e-mail every day don't pull up without going to the contacts.
