Why doesn't my frequently used email addresses not come up when prompted???
That is why I want to switch back.
Why is Yahoo doing this? Do they want to get rid of us??
I am curious to know. -

I just switched to Yahoo Mail Pro. Now that I am paying, I find the inbox very difficult to use. What happened to autofilling addresses, etc. I am very disappointed in Yahoo. I've been a customer for almost 20 years, and am now regretting the decision to upgrade. The Classic Mail format was so much better.

I have spent hours reading an unending array of negative comments concerning the passing of our classic mail. Yahoo has asked for our feedback, read it (?) and has done nothing.
We are rightfully feeling frustration and anger, and thus far, our feedback comments are still falling on deaf ears. Yahoo obviously feels in control. Wrong....WE are. I know it's difficult to hold our feelings at bay. How long we can or want to do so, depends on us. Personally, I am exploring other options-in hopes of finding another provider offering comparable classic features.
I am unwilling to remain with a provider that doesn't provide- and above all- is uncaring. For a service to be successful, the customer is the priority and is always right (like it or not). Without us, Yahoo email service will fold. Do they get this? If we switch to other providers, they will.
And to all of you senior citizens out there (I am 69), consider no plea due to your age. We may be considered Old School, somewhat lacking in skills, or being slow to change- but what we do not lack is age old wisdom. We've been around a long time and still readily recognize (as our younger generation) when we are being shafted.
Remember...we're in control, people!
All about fairness,

I want to switch back to yahoo mail classic because it gives me options to format my email before sending it, i.e. colored fonts, happy faces, kisses and hugs. Which the new yahoo mail format don't have.

I want the old email back. This new format is a pain. I have to go into contacts for everything..if I want to forward something or compose an email. The one just popped up.
Everyone is not in need of change. Find something else to do with your time. Maybe get rid of he employee who designed this. Please go back. -

Why do dumbasses like Yahoo corporate employees have to find something to keep them busy in their offices to justify getting a paycheck and try to fix things that are not broken?! Leave our mail format alone unless we ask specifically for it to be changed per individual! I hate this **** you are making me use! The new format sucks anyway the old one is better

have to look up every email address from contacts. SUCKS. LET ME TYPE THE FIRST FEW LETTERS OF A NAME AND HAVE THE ADDRESS POPULATE. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER.
