    Why New format doesnt have "send" button when attachment is attached and couldn't download any attachement file !! :(

    This new format is so inconvenient to set up a BC distribution list since it doesn't allow you to check off names from a list made with individual email addresses versus entire contact list. This stinks! I have had to delete multiple drafts, and still do not have what I need to send.

    What are you going to do to correct this new format? You keep collecting comments and have found no one like it. I used to forward an article or joke to all the people on my list and now you
    have to go to the address list....no one likes this....so when are you changing it?

    I'm seeing all these complaints, but not seeing how to go back to the old classic emails
    When I go to forward emails how do I erase all the other emails before sending. I don't
    like sending everyones emails out and now I can't eliminate them. Anybody know how to
    do that now?

    I cannot address my email with my group contacts. It is imperative that I am able to use this function. I want to go back to the classic. This is the most user difficult ever! I hate this version.

    absolutely horrible... the font size is too thin, it hurts my eyes
    whats up with only displaying only 25 emails, having to [page over is a stupid idea, change it back so you can see all of your emails ...
    does anyone know how to switch back?

    The new version is unusable. I can't address emails using my contact list, and can't attach files without somehow also getting many attachments I didn't want. Even things that still work are harder and more time consuming. Unless I am returned to the previous version right away I will have to switch to another email system.

    Why are you going against the wished of so many people that enjoy Classic mail? Whose interests are you serving? It only causes bad blood between you and those who trust you.

    I do NOT like this format. I do not like the e-mail format at all. I WANT to return to the basic format. PLEASE, let me use my laptop as I want
