    The old format was better. One major issue is that I can no longer copy / paste an image into the body of an email

    This new basic is trash. Give us the option to use Classic or the full-featured one. I always use Classic bec. it doesn't have all the formatting you've added. It loads faster, it's easy to read and easier to use. Not everyone has a new computer, the latest browser version and high speed internet. Only companies and a few people have time and resources to send emails in formats other than plain text. Charge them for it if they want to use the extras. Most people like me write emails in plain text.

    I don't have formatting options in the new look, and I can't switch accounts either unless I go back to Home and then switch accounts. Give me the Classic-- there was nothing wrong with it and much better than this!

    I desire to go back to my Yahoo Classic Format, There is not even a settings tab to be able to go back on the new version!.....What Gives?

    Who is responsible for this email debacle? Fire them and get someone competent. Anyone who thinks this a better product is to stupid to be employed.

    I have not signed in my email for a long time and when I wanted to sign in today I forgot the password and was sent to me by text message Mobile and when I signed in on the email I could not find the my mail and found a new email. Please help me restore my mail

    How do I do an invoice or proposal now. It won't allow me to center, left, right. This is hurting me bad. Makes me look stupid to clients!!!!!

    is there any way that Yahoo could just completely get rid of the completely crippled Basic version that is non-functional and nobody wants and just bring back the functional and beloved by all Classic version? Realistically you could probably just dump the "full-featured" version as well because it is too buggy and never works properly anyways.

    Found out how to delete folders via the Edit button above the folders. Nice feature: being able to add or delete on one screen.

    But still need to be able to print emails. I can't believe there is no option for this.

    switch back to the classic yahoo mail which was much better at sending emails and getting information from the net!!!!

    they need to just dump this new "full features" mess that doesn't work or load properly and is so buggy it should never have even been conceived and get rid of the stupid crippled "basic" version and just go back to the fully-functional "classic" version that actually works and does everything anyone could ever possibly want in an email system
