Does anybody at Yahoo read this stuff? This "upgrade" is a disaster. Can't pull up emails from contacts or lists, delete and email and instead of forwarding to the next, goes back to the list. Highly frustrating.

I have not been able to attach and send pdfs. The old format was more efficient and user friendly. If can't use this email I regret to say it but I have to go to another carrier. I've been with yahoo for over 15 years but its time to go now because its no longer efficient. Thanks

No notice, Just was told I was switched to a new version bringing a bunch of enhancements... It's a pitty to say it and do it that way! Yahoo is going to lose a lot of users.
A dozen years I use it and had no need to change until I was switch to the 'New Basic Mail'... just not professional customer service and the worse email service. Poorer than Mail.com!
Please bring us back the features of the Neo Classic Mail: Delete Undo, View Pane with its scrolling, email drag and drop to folders, automatic save, and all the other features that wer making Yahoo Classic Mail a great Mail service... -

It's absolutely horrible. Slow to load, and to carry out any function. The format of my electronic signature is messed up, and apparently no way to fix it. These are only my initial impressions. I am sure there will be more problems as I get to it. BRING BACK CLASSIC.

I've been with yahoo for 20+ years and now I'm beginning to think about switching to another provider all together...when a lot of people aren't happy with the new email it's time to listen to them and go back to what the people want..remember, the customer/client is always right..

Definitely go back to Classic Mail!!!!!!!!!!! I clicked on the go to Classic mail link but instead it brought me to stupid basic mail.. I HATE basic mail!!!!!!! I also can't stand the new yahoo mail when using chrome....it sucks big time..classic mail was never broken so why in the heck fix it..why can't ya leave well enough alone...
