    I hate this. It erased most of the comments I had in my contacts. I used it for fundraisers & I knew what everyone was selling at the event. I now have no clue. It will also not let me add a contact into anything except all contacts. I have specific folders set up for specific type vendors. I HATE IT!!!!!!! I want back what I had before.

    I absolutely hate this new mail. There are more steps than before. Also I was able to just start typing in emails that I usually send to and they would pop up but not anymore so I have try and either remember them or go look them up and it is a pain. I will probably change to gmail if not allowed to switch back to classic.

    I'm not sure what you did, but I no longer have the features I had before ... no bolding, no emojies, etc. Not sure why you changed things ... there was nothing wrong with the way it was. It says I'm in Basic ... can't figure out how to get out of it. HELP!

    I opened my Yahoo Mail account and I have a different format. And it's horrible. It says I have messages and I can't even open them. This royally STINKS. Yahoo continues to get worse and worse. My motto is if it ain't broke don't fix it. Keep your grubby hands off of my stuff

    You changed my Yahoo without my permission. I want Yahoo! Classic back. This new format is terrible.

    The adresses doesn't appear automaticly. need to copy-paste them- vaste of energy and time
