    What I have right now (Yahoo Basic, I guess) has numerous flaws. Please switch me back to Yahoo Classic today...please :(

    I beg of you to switch mr back to basic classic! I have the idea you want to close down Yahoo and yahoo email. Please put me back to the classic, I had before I was actually tricked into basic that is impossible to use!

    I don't see the emojis, italics or bolding anymore. I have to click "apply" before anything will work. My contacts don't just show as I type them. I've been with yahoo since the mid-90's but I'm ready to move on if I don't have the features I had before. Please reconsider allowing us to choose Classic.

    With the Yahoo Basic Mail, I have problem printing my emails. I cannot even add new folder(s). I am more comfortable with the Yahoo Classic Mail. I join the other commenters.

    Please switch my account back to Yahoo Classic Mail.

    What have you done? You've taken a perfectly acceptable format and made it very user unfriendly. It's just miserable (putting it nicely). Based on the comments, it looks like I'm not alone. Their complaints are also my complaints. The fact that you make us sign in and agree to new terms in order to communicate our displeasure would tell me that there are ulterior motives. Please consider offering those of us that prefer, the old email format.

    Ditto everything said before me ... you obviously don't care that this new mail is cumbersome and it takes four steps to do what one did before. If you cared about us you would do something, but obviously you don't.

    Your NEW email sucks. My contacts don't auto populate, it's a pain ********** to navigate, your help section sucks, it says to go to the settings (gear icon) and I can't find that **** thing anywhere. I didn't ask to be switched, didn't have any issues with the previous version, so why do you think you need to mess with stuff, I guess because you can and need to show off for some inadequacy? Quit screwing with what works and switch it back or I'm going elsewhere.....Then when I go to post this complaint it says I need to sign in with a provider, I am signed in, how in the **** do you think I got here........

    I am not able to send a GROUP email anymore, what happened? Cannot find any information on what has changed. The email is no longer "user friendly" and I've been using Yahoo for many years.......what's going on? I have a group that meets monthly and now I am not able to get meeting information to them, wish I could find a step by step way of doing this. Very poor HELP site.

    I am one more who loathes your effort to "upgrade" the format. All in all a total disaster. Please put it back to the way it was before.

    Yahoo will lose a lot of customer wit this new email scheme. I for one will change to gmail.
