  1. SMS verification codes are not delivered to Iranian phone numbers (+98)

    Describe your idea:
    Yahoo users with Iranian phone numbers (+98) are unable to receive SMS verification codes.

    This prevents users from logging in, recovering their accounts, and completing security verification.

    The issue appears to affect all Iranian mobile operators, and SMS messages are not delivered at all.

    As a solution, please consider providing alternative verification methods such as:

    • Sending verification codes via WhatsApp

    Providing these options would help users regain access to their accounts without relying on SMS.

  2. Support Multiple Yubikeys / 2FA methods to avoid account lockout

    You currently only let us set a single 2FA method.

    That puts as at a much greater risk of account lockout.

    It is standard practice when using Yubikeys to register multiple keys so that if one is lost you can access your account using one of your backup keys, and unregister the lost / stolen key.

  6. Identify fraud, personal info leaked

    My personal info was hijacked for years now. This Account has been being used by people other than the owner. I’m Jonathan Wheet I just now figured out. I’m still trying to keep these people from Alabama from get control back of it. I saved all the data. There’s a tail from Cookeville. Phone number has changed. A few times. My number is +19315841871. I started this account yearssss ago. This need investigated in depth. It’s probably a scam of epic proportions

  12. Having a way of clarifyinf communication

    By deleting suspected messages of threat from scammers to delete ones account. I have recently recieved two of such messages. Some times its confusing if the message or instruction is from Yahoo

    I am user of alpergocmenoglu@yahoo.com email account. I archieve my important mails to my folders such as belgelerim, vakifbank etc. When I control my email folders I saw that all of folders are empty. I didnt erase these folders.Please recover my folders.

  19. how about a button to show how much space we're using

    You have recently mentioned limits on space and how they may be limited. It would be extremely useful to have an easy way to see how much space we are using and in particular what folders use what kind of space. I want to try to clean up my email, but this information would be very useful in that task. If you do put this into effect please notify people and make it not difficult. Thanks,
