  1. Please stop opening the security page everytime I log into my email. I click on the email button so I can be taken straight to my emails.

    If you want to check someones security send a text message were we can say yes it is me or the same way the access key pops up. Have something like that pop up to check security. Because when I click the mail tab and put in my info. I want to be able to go straight to my email.

  2. Unable to generate an app password so can't access my email on my desktop at work as yahoo is blocked by admin to prevent searches other tha

    I am unable to access my Yahoo account at work as admin have blocked the site and we can only search using Norton. Since I am a sub-contractor and need access to my Yahoo account they have given permission for me to use Outlook but I am unable to sign in without an app password but the option on my mobile device and home PC is showing as unavailable.

    Is there an alternative way I can sign in to my account using Outlook without a generated app password?

  3. Why can I not remove my recovery email if I already have a recovery phone number??

    Now that I have a verified phone number I want to remove my email recovery so it doesn't appear in the two step verification screen. The stupid thing ask me to add a new email or a new phone number. I already have added a new phone!!!!!!.

Case in point: I lost my original Facebook account when I accidentally turned that garbage on when they started this stupid trend. I was told I couldn't get it back without sending them a copy of my photo ID (yeah, not going to happen). The thing is, I didn't have a "smart" phone at the time. I still used a flip phone, and to this day don't use a **** phone to do anything but occasionally make calls. I still interface with the internet…

    What the **** if I use the name or whatever it is MY PASSWORD now have to write one because the automatic generate does not go to Mac or whatever. It is stupid. I USE THE ONE I WANT, And for that reason, away we go.

    Fix sign into mail, I sign in with account and password it takes me to main yahoo home page but then the signin and Mail ICon QUICKLY disappears PREVENTING ME FROM SIGNING in to mail
    Please Fix, I have checked all settings on my computer ITS NOT ME ITS YAHOO.COM.. I am about to change mail carrier if not fixed you lose me as a customer

    i keep having the same issue, i go thru all the motions to fix it and it just loops with no help. does not seem yahoo cares unless you throw money at them? maybe yahoo is obsolete and gmail is the way to go? i bet no one will address this issue! bet!

  19. stop making me sign in wit 2 party verification every 2 hours!! Yes my laptop is securely locked down. Deal with it

    There is no threat to my sign in process. I know that you hate to be unable to track me because I have my laptop locked down. Just deal with it and stop harrassing me whenever I attempt to sign in.
