  1. WHY do you KEEP insisting on getting access to my CELL PHONE NUMBER? I've opted to use a secondary eMail for "if I get locked out".

    This is a SECURITY, PRIVACY and PERSONAL INFORMATION issue:
    WHY do you insist on trying to extort a Cell Phone number from me when I've ALREADY provided a secondary eMail address in case I'm "accidentally" locked out of my account. why are you insistent on extrapolating additional PRIVATE, PERSONAL INFORMATION from me?   2. There is no way to Remove an account used as verification email ten years ago which is still available but actually I am not the owner!!!!

    It's a must to have privacy,
    I didnt not understand why you dont have the option of remove. I tried editing to replace it with another one, and it was useless.

    The accounts more of the times are standard corporate ones and they are still available but we are not the actual users !!!!!!!! I am SO WORRIED

  4. Incorrect notification device showing when I try to logg in

    I have a P40 enabled on my account and no other devices at all.
    Every single time I try and log into my account from a PC I try to do the notification approval, but the account picks up a JNX device that is not even registered or enabled on my account security.

    How can I correct this to be able to log in using the notification?

    I am receiving numerous emails for a stranger’s account in another country using a different os. What is going on? My email is not compromised. Why am I getting these?

    I recently downloaded Windows 11. After completely I have had to logon everytime I want to view my portfolios. Also, the "summary" view comes up, when I do get to my portfolios. Before the download I was viewing the "basic" format for my portfolios. Please advise.

    Dear Yahoo,

    I need 3 time to write password, then I could open email. Why? And I couldn't change my password virginijach@yahoo.com. If I get password to my mobil phone, please nobody see numbers. I had security crashes. please restart my password.

  14. Why can I not use my password to sign in anymore? my restoration phone number needs changiong but it wont let me use my password so stupid!

  15. Phone number system formatting error

    Please correct your phone number formatting. I am unable to verify my own phone number as it has changed automatically. Pls check via my country code then pls remove the '0' after it which is also the beginning of my area code.

    Also phone code sent to phone was 5 digts only while it requires on web with 8 digits??

  16. Why am I being asked for a PIN, when I don't have one?

    I recently changed my password, and now Yahoo is asking me for a PIN for my account -- which I don't have. I'm so angry I feel like cancelling the whole account.

    I recently logged in, not even a month ago and yet yahoo is sending me a notice to log in or it will delete my account.     my email was being used by 4 other accounts, one in another country and I didn't get an alert about it. It did not show up under my security settings and someone was using my email to create fake accounts.
