    I live in San Jose, CA. Yahoo has me logged in at Los Gatos, CA. Every time I log on, I have to reset my password because the account is always compromised.

  4. Stop sending hundreds of spam daily!

    Make filters steps easier to be able to remove spam and prevent spam in the first place. Once removed, stop resending emails, as I receive hundreds daily and the majority are the same. I have been trying forever to eliminate them and unfortunately. have to review them daily, which is very time consuming, because I get a lot of emails in spam which do not belong. Very frustrating! I am sure YAHOO could do better!!!

  6. 2-step verification ask for Apps/Devices one may not have

    Have a land line. Not one of the options listed to turn on 2-step verification.
    I have to use the 2-step with another e-mail address (which cannot be Yahoo, else a deadlock).
    Thus, when I go to Security page to turn OFF 2-step it displays "Turn On".

    Plus another issue is
    For Privacy controls
    California privacy contols is "off".
    but
    Allow the Sale and Sharing of My Personal Information is "Don't Allow"
    and
    Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information is "Limit"

    In addition, why has Yahoo stopped allowing users to view the entire Feedback page/forum?

  11. Generate App Pasword

    I have been trying to generate an app password for Outlook Desktop but there is no drop down for apps and when I manually enter Outlook Desktop I get the message:

    Sorry, this feature is not available at present.

    This is fine but I have been trying now for 2 days and still no joy.

    Can you help? Please send a response to mark_britton@sky.com.

  18. Need to configure email notifications on Omada controller. A.k.a. need app password!

    I use my Yahoo as a Notification email for Devices and such and I recently set up an Omada controller and I need to get alerts from it. Like there's an update, systems down, critical problems on site, etc.

  19. Why can't we complain about offensive posts?

    I am not easily offended, but when I pointed out how many died at Pearl Harbor (getting us into WWII) a responder said he hoped they were my relatives. That was all he said. It was NOT censored. It is the only post that has ever offended me. I am fine with people disagreeing with me. You did NOT censor it. I think I should have been able to complain about a personal attack.

  20. Unable to remove Face/fingerprint/PIN sign-in?

    There is no option available to delete the Face/fingerprint/PIN sign-in option.
    However the iOS browser always prompts to use passkey, but there is no passkey saved. So I want to delete the option for Face/fingerprint/PIN sign-in, but am unable to do so.
