  2. what happened to my other email account? Suddenly not there!! Not like I've not used it in a long time. Not good. Feedback here is worthless

  3. Outlook app not syncing since you forced password update on me

    My Outlook app stopped syncing new email. Went to my desktop and noticed it was forcing me to update my password which I did. But Outlook still not downloading any new mail. You done messed it all up!!

  4. It's impossible! They won't replace my old phone number on my acct with my new one when I've lost that phone! What a mess!

    I just want my old account opened again which I lost from logging out last night and can't remember my last password. Very sad. Old phone number that's gone is their only way to make it sure it's mine?? Ridiculous!

  6. Please block out private information for secondary verification

    I have Two Factor Authorization on and when I went to log into my Yahoo this morning, none of my private information was blocked or X'd out. No --XXXX or anything.

    This is a huge security risk. I don't know why it's like this now, because the Yahoo Mail site did it before, but anyone trying to get into an email can now get the other emails or phone numbers to spoof from this way if they try to access an account.

  7. Fix Account Email Recovery System!

    So in my case I have two email address one a domain that I don't own from 2014 the other I do own the domain but the email username is no longer valid. That I would like to remove off my security email list. This was not an original email to the account the original email was from 2012 and my phone number was established on the account back in 2013. My ymail was just hacked and thankfully I got back into it and that was the number one thing I think would be the most useful measure to make sure the rightful owner can get back their account.

  9. I need to access my account but no longer have my old number.

    I lost my old phone number and forgot to change it before changing it on my other email account and can not get in. I dont want to have to call a number to talk it through i should be able to recover this easier.

    Yahoo has serious flaw in mobile version, i send a mail from the Desktop, when i see the same mail from mobile, there is difference in text.

  13. Not receiving SMS verification codes for Yahoo Mail accounts in the Philippines

    We aren't receiving SMS verification codes for my yahoo mail phone number and for my dad's yahoo mail phone number. It appears to be a problem with Globe Telecom in the Philippines. Can you not call the numbers instead?

  14. Send the unique code by both Email and text.

    Send the unique verification code by Both text and email. If your email is only on a desktop system and you are using a laptop or mobile device that does not have email, the text is essential.

  17. How about more vigilance with spam and phishing emails. My yahoo account was compromised 30 times in 2 years. 26 ARE THROUGH YAHOO MAIL!

    Yahoo thinks I still have my old phone model and uses this as a 2-step contact. The ability to change this is not easily found or apparent in the add phone number section.
