  2. Get rid of captcha.

    Captcha is incredibly difficult and many of the descriptions don't adequately describe what it is looking for. Makes me so mad, I don't want to ever use Yahoo again. User name, password and the unique code is enough!

    Too many unsupported domains for recovery and 2FA. It wouldn't take gmail, exchange, or icloud emails. I feel like something must be wrong because those are all mainstream.

    Why do you allow people to post the term "***********" ? It goes against your own guidelines! I understand the fact that your company is a private identity! However when you allow extremists to post and censor posts that go the other way, it rips your guidelines to shreds! I know, you just don't care and you have an agenda!

  11. safety on account for hacking

    I change my password often due to hacking this number 309-989-1222 keeps adding to my account to access my stuff also for verification sent out. I'm so very concerned how easy they break in to yahoo and how it keeps happening after I change my password so frequently. Better security is need for customers and a way to report besides password change that doesn't work.

  12. Let me change my birthday, please. No one gives you their real birthday at first

    Allow users to correct their birthday.

    Problem - most people don't give yahoo accurate data until they know they want to use the email as more than a burner account. As a result, incorrect or incomplete data is entered upon account creation.

    Solution - as users decide to stick with a yahoo account, allow them to correct their information, especially birthdays.

    Benefit to the user - our information is more secure (it's annoying that currently we're not allowed to change our birthdays for "security reasons.") For security reasons, it would be far more secure to allow us to edit all…

  18. For security a delete account option is needed...

    For security a 'delete account' option is needed to escape serious stalker as blocking isn't available either. Abandoning account seems only option but would rather close it properly to lessen risk of it being hacked. Why is there no basic settings or customer service help for this?

    You are sending me, and no doubt millions of others, borderline legal scam email messages. They start with a survey after promising a bargain up to $100 value. After the sirvey (which is no doubt fake), a dozen discounted items are shown in a list. At the very bottom of the order screen a tiny "Terms and Conditions" link leads to terms which state that in addition to the $10 or so for the products, there is concurrent enrollment in a fitness app with an ititial charge of $86 or $63, which will be billed monthly.
