    Stop charging for password recovery. You guys are the worst and are probably only in business for this reason. Got locked out of my account and had to pay a monthly service fee to retrieve my account....thanks. you are the worst

  5. Clarify and label!

    Break down categories more specifically and clearly say EDIT next to each item that needs changing. Having to go back and forth between two pages and being led in a circle are maddening, I can't change my phone model

    Why am I Blocked from Posting? All of my comments that were blocked were well thought out constructive information. Just go back and check.
    I don't spam and overall polite. What the Heck? When a message is blocked, your system only refers us to the Rules and so I review them over again and see that I have never broken any of the rules. Your program should actually advise which rule specifically is being broken when a Post is being rejected. Very frustrating.

  8. Let user request their information/email/message if their ID was recovered after it got inactive/deleted

  16. I decided to use Yahoo two-step verification.

    I signed up for two-step ID. Yahoo gave a notify your Iphone? option. But it never notified me. Then there was at the bottom in blue "I need more options". After clicking that for the last month or two it allowed me to id my phone and Yahoo sent me the code. Today the additional options is replaced with go to help. I was finally given the option of a qr code. In trying that it failed. So I was able to use my backup (non-Yahoo) email go in and "upgraded" my account to no longer use two-step id!
