  3. I have to go through tons of hoops and can barely log into my account every time, but yet every week some one hacks my account.

    Privacy needs to be fixed. I have to go through all sorts of hoops to get into my own account, but somehow someone manages to hack my account once a week. Then it takes too much time to try and change my password every time. I have never had this issue with my other emails. Why just Yahoo?

  4. My email address is controlled by an old crazy boyfriend of mine and I can’t remove myself from his account

    I helped an old boyfriend create a “rocketmail” email address 7 years ago with my yahoo account and have been unable to separate our accounts since then. Somehow he is the owner of my yahoo account. I am unable to change my name on the account because he owns it. I have had to transfer all of my yahoo correspondences to a new gmail account, and will soon close the yahoo account.

  6. fix the sound that the pop up videos make when you x them out which is loud and a burst of sound sucos when you just want to read at night

    when I exit out of a pop up video it makes a burst of sound and it is especially concerning at night time when others are sleeping or you dont want to draw a bunch if attention to yourself could be dangerous

  7. I have an email address but it was hacked by a software salesman in New York

    I have an email address: petervan2003@yahoo.ca was hacked by a recovery bitcoin software salesman at New York, I planned to recover some coins I was scammed but after taking my information for a recovery
    he demanded my details to log in my email to change password and recovery email for his own.
    That email is very important for me so I want to take back so what I have to do?

  11. Even after unsubscribing irrelevant ads/mails it automatically subscribed and sending mails again and again.

    Its not an idea , its a complaint that i have receiving irrelevant mail daily and even after unsubscribing it automatically get subscribed and mails start again. if this problem did not stopped i have to delete my account.

    I used to have internet essentials until June/July 2021, it was with Comcast.net. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction with Comcast. I was working with DOJ until then.
