  3. Stop 3D zooming ads

    I am submitting feedback regarding motion-heavy, 3D zooming ads on Yahoo Finance. These rapid visual effects cause noticeable dizziness and physical discomfort. Please consider removing or offering a setting to disable high-motion, dynamic ad formats for user accessibility. Thank you

  4. Please accept also SELL transaction in the CSV import feature

    Currently, the CSV Import function of Yahoo Finance is accepting this kind of CSV file:

    Symbol,Trade Date,Purchase Price,Quantity
    GOOG,2018-07-05,281.79,10

    which track BUY transactions only.
    But I also need to import SELL transactions, which my broker gives me in their export.

    I've tried all these combinations without any success:
    Symbol,Trade Date,Purchase Price,Quantity
    GOOG,2018-07-05,281.79,-10
    GOOG,2018-07-05,-281.79,10
    GOOG,2018-07-05,-281.79,-10

    Can you please modify the CSV import feature so that it can accept also SELL transactions?
    It could be something like a new "Type" column:
    Symbol,Trade Date,Purchase Price,Quantity,Type
    GOOG,2018-07-05,281.79,10,BUY
    GOOG,2026-08-09,1234.56,10,SELL

    Description:

    When Cash Management is enabled on a portfolio, dividend payments are automatically deposited into cash holdings. However, the cost basis calculation treats all cash on hand equally, regardless of its source. This causes dividend income to artificially inflate the overall cost basis per share, making it impossible to accurately track actual investment gains and losses.

    Problem:
    Currently, if a user has:

    -100 shares purchased at $50/share ($5,000 cost basis)
-$200 in dividend income held as cash

    Please show the exact dates when a stock reached its 52-week high and 52-week low, alongside the prices currently displayed on Yahoo Finance. For example: 52-Week High: $250.00 (08/15/26) and 52-Week Low: $150.00 (02/10/26). This information is extremely important for investors and traders because it helps them understand how recently these price levels occurred and better evaluate the stock's current price movement. Thank you for considering this valuable enhancement.

  7. news aggregation

    The news aggregation has deteriorated significantly over the last several months. There are news stories within a stock's page that are not showing up in the 'portfolio' page, when that same stock is in the portfolio. No one expects to have to click on each stock to see the news - that's what the portfolio page is supposed to aggregate

  8. problem with yahoo currencies converter

    Subject: Yahoo Finance Currency Converter downloads an empty file instead of loading the converter

    Hello Yahoo Finance Support,

    I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Yahoo Finance Currency Converter at https://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter/.

    The page itself loads, but the currency converter does not appear. Instead, the browser prompts me to download a file identified as binary/octet-stream with a size of 0 bytes. The download dialog identifies the source as widget-yahoo.0x1.com.

    I have already tested the following:

    Multiple browsers: Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.
    Private browsing mode.
    Different internet connections, including office internet and Telkomsel mobile data.

  16. Stop deleting my posts for no good reasons.

    I posted a link from the company that this community messages is about. But you deleted it! If your guidelines deem that a news released by the company discussed on this community discussion board is improper, you need to change the guidelines.   17. Go back to finance my portfolios page as it was.

    Today Yahoo changed "My Portfolios" page in finance. It is terrible. Why do you keep messing with email and finance? I get used to yahoo and then the ***** it all up. Such a drag.

    why I need to click on "get code" after I selected phone number to receive a code and entered 2 missing digit of the phone number already to login to my account? Why after I enter the code I got an option for fingerprint or passcode before I able to login to my accunt?

  19. Why wont the Yahoo page expand to fill larger monitors?

    Why does your Yahoo webpage not utilize the entire screen of the monitor. I have a 27" monitor and all Yahoo pages only fill the center of the screen. There is like 6" of white on either side of the data you show. It does the same thing on larger monitors. Why doesn't your pages scale to use the entire screen space?

  20. go back to old yahoo finance, new updated website sucks

    The new split between protfolios vs watchlists is not good. I now have to click around way more just to see different list views. please go back. This is less user friendly, there was no need to make that distinction
