  1. ^VIX historical data is incorrect

    The closing value for the VIX index (ticker ^VIX) on Friday, February 6, 2026 is incorrect. It shows a value of 20.37 when the correct value on that date was 17.76.

  2. Rename Linked Brokerage Accounts

    Give us a way to rename a linked account. I have several accounts that appear with names like "Fidelity : INDIVIDUALRETIREMENTACCOUNT : -12346"

    I would very much like to change that label to My IRA

  3. Make all yahoo services functional again.

    Not sure who is in charge of website development and functionality, for not just Yahoo finance, but all Yahoo. But I'm finding your products folio to be getting worse and worse as time moves along.
    It's quite sad actually, as I would think it should be getting better and more functional as time moves on.

  4. Currency for exchange ASE (Athens Stock Exchange)

    is incorrectly labeled as USD instead of EUR in some stocks, ie YKNOT.AT and MTLN.AT

  6. Put Stock and Index Symbols that are well known, not abriviation that are hard to rem

    Please put either full name of Index Such as Dow, S&P500, Nasdaq and Familiar names of ETF example BOTZ is better known as Global X Robotics.
    This will help immensely, please try to accomodate.

    Bring back this simple line:
    "Markets close in ...... minutes."
    Yes, I can look at my watch or the clock on the wall/computer, but it's just nice to see it right there as I am watching markets right before close and am planning a move.

  11. Finance Chart Indicators

    A change was made recently that prevents users from adding indicators properly. You can no longer see the bottom of the pop up selection window that has the OK button on it. So if you add the MACD indicator, only the top portion of the window appears. Further, you can't scroll down to see the rest of it. I am not sure if this is related to the fact that you made the advertising window at the top take up almost 40% of the screen.

  12. One Year Later (still HATE the New Yahoo!Finance)

    Been using YahooFinance every day for over 25 years,
    mainly using a Desktop browser,
    but not nearly as much as I used to.

    Every since removing the "Classic" version of Yahoo!Finance,
    I more & more rely on other on-line options to manage my large portfolio (80+ securities)

    Yes, there has been some really amazing features added to the once "NEW" Yahoo!Finance,
    but overall I have basically moved on because of the "Royal Pain" the new version has brought to me.
    (now using separate spreadsheets , paid subscriptions to other online financial sites/services , etc)

    Today, it took me least 60…

    On the weekly chart, the last candle only represents one day (Friday), and the last two candles represents the most recent week.

  17. Removing notes from custom portfolios is an outrage!!

    You've apparently destroyed decades of valuable / critical carefully added information about investments without any warning. You should be drawn and quartered.

  18. Portfolios

    Two things. Fix the glitch on the portfolio page that blanks out share information as soon as the advertising header loads. Second, bring back the notes information display on custom portfolio views.
