1. Speed up the system and fix cash processing

   I have been back and forth with various support team members and I'm going to post it here:
   When loading a portfolio (160 entries) it takes 3-6 'scroll downs' to get the entire portfolio loaded on the screen.
   They have given me various possibilities, the "other factors" listed further down. Since this is THE ONLY APP ON MY PC THAT BEHAVES THIS WAY i AM CONVINCED THAT NONE OF THOSE FACTORS ENTER INTO WHAT IS CAUSING MY 'PROBLEM(S)'

   Adding a cash transaction takes 3-5 seconds before the previous transactions appear after clicking the 'expand' symbol. and then it takes another 3-5 seconds for a new transaction to appear. And then there's this: if I click the mouse or hit the enter key the transaction just added is repeated as many times as the enter key was hit or the mouse button depressed!!!??? And why do you put the cash entry all the way at the bottom of the portfolio listing where it takes much time to get to it much less add a transaction??

   Yes, I am aware of the 'other factors' : including internet connection, as well as any antivirus, antispyware, and firewall products but none of my other applications are impacted. i.e., I see no slowness slow response, delayed actions etc, that I'm seeing in Yahoo finance.

   I give up. I just wish the system hadn't been "improved" as much as it has!!!!!!!!!

   One of my biggest complaints is the lack of 'education', instruction, or manual to explain how all the new functions work. I have found most of them through trial and error but that is no way to roll out a new system.

   And please do not patronize me with all the explanations that the reps have given me. I have been working on/with computers since 1966 and have some knowledge how things work or should work

3. Removing "winners" from your opening

   Take the ******* who erased "winners" and put him in executive parking so he can kick the *** of the **** who told him to do this.
   If you pinch a nickel you don't get a dime. And to think you have the word "FINANCE" in your name is laughable. Learn this quickly: you are in field of heavy competition. If you are doing this poorly right now, get out early. Think 'USED CAR SALES". The competition is heavy for our AM time. Robert

4. Moving Ticker tape at top of app

   Currently, the major indexes and currencies live at the top of the app. Wish this could be edited to include other indexes, or specific securities. Wish the actual list at the top could be changed to a watchlist. Wish you could turn on “Tape mode” and the tickers at top would auto scroll like a ticker tape.

7. No premium options available to try

   No premium subscription options available to try. Need to bite the bullet on a full year with no refund potential. Yahoo finance probably losing $100s of millions of dollars burying any premium options and having no trials. Instead they are choosing to push people to news making their app experience worse. Extremely questionable product direction.

17. Header/footer on portfolio tables

    The header row (showing the column descriptors) disappears when I scroll down the portfolio table. Also the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the portfolio table appears only when I scroll all the way down to the bottom of the portfolio table. I would like to see these two rows stay static on my screen (top and bottom of the portfolio view).

18. Try revamping the charting feature. I can only "select" April-May or 1-day, 1-hr increme

    try fixing the chart features. no matter what time frames I selected (1-yr, YTD, 6-mos.) I only had an April-May chart or a 1 day, 1-hr. chart. Google is far superior. I choke even as I am typing this, but even Bing had a better result.

    I would like to be able to share a portfolio with my spouse so they can watch the portfolio change over time. Shared portfolios should be read-only, or require an opt-in method for permission to edit.

20. Please provide more information on gold and silver price movements.

    Zero articles on silver and only 6 articles on gold in the last two months. 5 of which are about gold declining in price. Surprisingly pathetic given the increased in gold and silver prices year to date. MORE than stocks, but no reporting. What is up with the lack of reporting on gold????
