3. Indices moved...

   Hi YF folks! I see as of today the indices are at top of screen. Last week was on right horizontally-THAT was perfect cuz was compact and 'in-line' with any symbols one had on the left, meaning you could see the indices AND your symbols all on one screen [very important]. Now with them at top, you must scroll up then back and forth to see indices. Much better on the prior placement - to right with S&P, Dow, Naz horizontally. Or at least could you put them below the ad, just on top of the symbols? Thx for your consideration-just my 2 cents ;>)

4. BUG - End of day quotes do NOT match real end of day values

   NVDA, for just one example, often shows in your quotes & portfolios with a number way off from real number - which you can check anywhere else (NASDAQ, Brokerages, your own Historical values chart!)
   this leads to wild inaccuracies in portfolio values, daily values, etc. as your program does not compensate for this.. next day it either uses its incorrect value, or - more often - replaces the wrong value with current day correct one, and leaves previous day misinformation intact.

   this is obviously bad, as day-to-day portfolio values can be quite off, and they remain so due to the random behavior going foward.

   please look at NVDA to start - just in Jan 2026 for example - and you can see how inaccurate end of day /final quotes are in your program & portfolios vs. what they should be.
   the historical data itself in your program is good - but that does not influence the mistakes calculated elsewhere - sadly!

6. Add a note feature for particular stock or price alert

   I will personally like a feature that allow me to add a note for a stock, or a note to an stock alert, basically telling myself that what I want do next for this stock , or for this alert when triggered. e.g. When it hits this particular value, I want to buy/sell more or review what I am currently thinking that I shall do. Instead of just a value alert, but now I need to rethink what exactly I like to do when I hit this alert.

8. WHY IS YAHOO FINANCE SOOO SLOOWWWWW!!!

   I do some trading in the market and have lost due to the latency/Error 404 of the portal. Is there a reason why this happens? I have had this happen in various pcs and laptops at work and home. Is this by design to get me to upgrade to a service? If so how do I do that? How can I have my profile keep all of my charts just was I left them yesterday? standing by for questions.

13. Reduce the CPU requirement of the Portfolio webpage

    The portfolio page on yahoo finance take a large percentage of CPU usage continuously. Not sure why this is happening or what I can do to stop my desktop fans from getting very noisy as a result of yahoo finance portfolio page background cpu usage. Scrolling through the full webpage I noted dozens of news/ads that seem to have dynamic content. Perhaps this is the problem. My workaround is to
    - open the yahoo finance portfolio with my portfolio
    - download my portfolio info
    - close the webpage
    This can be done before the computer fans get to noisy. This is at the cost of any further use of that webpage for the day.

15. Reports do not handle large portfolios or 7 figure balance totals well.

    For instance on Holdings Report, which is std ...

    I have portfolio and watchlists with 40 or more stocks listed. Also many lines (stocks) have 7 fiqure amts plus pennies showing.
    Even though I have 3 screens,
    -on this and oth rpts, I cannot see all the relevant columns on my screen
    -get to the rightmost column intails scrolling to bottom, moving slide bar to right, and scrolling back
    -when I scroll down, I lose the column headers ... usually I have to guess where the sought after column is. ie, annualized return on my xyz investment or say int received
    -when I slide bar right, the stock letters disapper. who thought of that feature?
    suggest you consider
    -allow somehow the column headings and or the stock ticker or name remain in view on bigger screens not shown in full on current screen.

    -ability to adj width of colunms, turn off cents, hide columns or resequence cols order

    BTW annualized return by stock ticker for long term holdings is a nice & USEFUL touch, not easily available in many oth apps.

    pLS allow more custom rpts with your data. some of your rpts are close, but not as useful as they could be. Every user is different

16. Be able to save portfolio chart return selections

    Hi. I am a gold member. I really like the portfolio management and news feeds. I have a suggestion. At the very top right after you select your portfolio. Each time I have to select YTD for the chart and add comparator Indices. It would be nice enhancement if the site just remembered your last selection or allowed you to save the settings.

18. Data Issue: Incorrect Trading Days and Delayed "1D" Chart for TASE (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange)

    I am writing to report a data synchronization issue regarding the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

    Recently, TASE officially transitioned its trading schedule to a Monday–Friday work week to align with international markets. However, the Yahoo Finance platform does not yet seem to reflect this change correctly.

    Currently, when viewing TASE-listed securities, the "1D" (1-Day) chart option continues to display price data from the previous Thursday rather than showing active Friday trading sessions. This results in outdated pricing information for users tracking Israeli equities.

    Could you please update the exchange settings for TASE to recognize Friday as an active trading day and ensure the "1D" chart displays real-time daily data accordingly?

    If I want to look at the price of a security over a month, it will only show a daily price. COMPLETELYN USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
