4. quotes on a widget my Macbook air are wrong

   On my Macbook there is widget where yahoo shows share prices and price changes for various periods. The price changes indicated are totally off the mark. Could that be set right?

5. Add the old format back as an option

   For me and others, virtually all like the previous version of Yahoo Finance. Would you consider offering the previous version along with this current version of Yahoo Finance so there is a choice? The other version seemed to be your best version for those who use your service. Thank you, for your consideration.

6. Plan Upgrade page throws 404

   There is an issue with the plan upgrade links.
   Using the user menu "Upgrade to Premium". Or the plans page (https://finance.yahoo.com/about/plans/) "View Plans" returns 404 errors.

8. bulletin boards

   My suggestion was when on the bulletin boards it should automatically go to "sort by NEWEST" . It used to go directly to "top" . Top posts could be 2 years old. Nobody wanting to use the BB wants to read a 2 year old posts. I believe my suggestion of going directly to "newest" was successfully changed. Thank you for changing it.

9. You guys destroyed functionality to view and do technical analysis of stocks!

   For years you had the best platform to view stocks. It was simple to use and uncluttered. Recently, about 3 or 4 months back, you pushed for the new finance look and feel removing the classic option. It is now a nightmare to use your plotting and technical analysis tools.

   I have tried to get used to the new layout even though it is difficult to use but there are three things that make this tool unusable that if implemented would make a difference.

   1) Put the focus for the cursor on the quote lookup search bar after a search is made while in advanced chart mode. If i want to check 10 stocks quickly, i used to be able to type the name of the stock, hit enter, and then enter another stock, hit enter, etc. Now i have to move the mouse, click on search bar, type name, enter. Then move mouse again, lick search bar, type name, that is annoying.

   2) Stop deleting my technical analysis settings!!!!!! I spend time selecting my technical analysis and then, randomly, about once a week, the advance chart decides to delete them all after searching a stock.

   3) Remember lines drawn per stock! I used to be able to draw levels for stock A, and then go to stock B with similar pricing and not see those levels. You removed that which was super useful. Now there is a mess of lines from 20 different stocks overlaping.

   4) If i search in advance search for a stock to see its plot, DO NOT TAKE ME OUT TO THE MAIN PAGE!

10. Bug in "Your Top Movers" block in Iphone Mobile App for Yahoo Finance

    On the mobile Iphone app in the new version it shows me a block that shows Highest Movers.

    The movers block has a settings button that allows you to select which portfolios to take the highest movers from.

    At the moment I deselect all my watchlists and leave only my real fully tracked portafolios.

    If I close the app or navigate to another app to use my phone, when I come back to the Yahoo Finance app all the "portfolios" are selected again.

    So it basically resets everytime I open the app which is crazy. And super annoying. Cause I am like everytime using the feature having to deselect portfolios.

    However the refine by portafolio Feature is SUPER cool and you could use it in other places for example in up coming events and also in the Over All chart block at the top.

11. Your Daily Brief does not include news for portfolio stocks

    There should be a way, either withing Your Daily Brief or News to see all the news for the stocks in all of your watch lists. This feature was available in the previoous version and very helpful.

    As it stands now, Your Daily Brief is not really useable or of much value

13. Page width for yahoo finance is hard capped and can't be widened.

    Create a yahoo finance stock dashboard, then add a bunch of fields for it. With many fields, you can expand your browser window wide enough to cover the fields, but yahoo itself will cap the width and not display all the fields. This was working for a while - maybe about a month ago, then the format was changed and its not able to display all the fields in the window.

    it used to work, did you have to remove it?
    It is very useful to colour by categories, i.e. commodities, defence, europe, india

17. Make news like it was before update

    Before the update all my news was only news for the companies on my watchlists in chronological order. Now it’s just five articles and then it changes to a different and way worse format. Please make it the same as it was before the update

18. Live chart streaming stops when browser loses focus.

    I am using google chrome and firefox in Linux. The "Advanced Chart" stop updating once the browser window lose focus. I think this happens in Window too. Can it be fixed?

    I am using google chrome and firefox in Linux. The "Advanced Chart" stop updating once the browser window lose focus. I think this happens in Window too. Can it be fixed?

20. improve your site

    Yahoo site has slowed down so appreciably it is no longer useful to track portfolios. Using others such as Schwab now is a real disappointment. Is Yahoo shutting down?
